Car accidents are stressful, finding a body shop shouldn't have to be. I found this place because I used to work nearby. My vehicle had been struck multiple times on the passenger side. - DO NOT HESITATE - Rob and the Pro Collision Team know what they are doing and will work with you to get the best service. In my personal experience, I'd been rear ended into another vehicle and the insurance companies had been debating liability for over a month. My 2016 Ford Fusion was still "drivable", but with plenty of damage to the front and rear. Rob worked with the insurance company to reduce my deductible until I had to pay nothing for all my repairs. To this day the insurance companies are still investigating factors to determine liability, but my vehicle has been fixed with the help of Pro Collision.

This place is by far the best auto body shop I’ve ever been to. They really give you the white-glove service from start to finish, making the whole process as easy and smooth as possible. Lauren in particular was truly amazing. Throughout the whole process she kept me informed about the status of my car and was extremely helpful in every way possible. Not only was she extremely professional and knowledgeable, but I could tell she genuinely cared about making sure all my needs were met. Her and her team rock! You get straight-shooting, no-nonsense, and "relatively" accurate repair time estimates from Rob and Rafo. More importantly, you get repairs that shine under any light. While it may have taken a few days longer than I would have liked, the artistry at Pro Collision Center is unsurpassed. I can't find anything wrong with the repairs here. The car looked better coming out than going in, not considering the damage you see. If you want to be coddled and told what you want to hear (in other words, lied to), don't come to Pro Collision Center. However, this is the place to go if you want truthful, accurate, and professional automotive repairs of the highest caliber. Originally scheduled a 9:30am appointment for something that was not supposed to take more than 3 hours. Dropped it off on time and 4 hours later had not heard anything. I ubered back only to find they had not even touched my car. Got my keys and left as I was not happy at all. They called 2 minutes after I left and asked me to come back so they could complete the work. They did in 45 minutes and charged me nothing because of their mistake. I was stunned and will go back for sure.

Pro collision rocks!! I can’t even begin to tell you how absolutely amazed, I was with this company. I am so happy that I chose them to do the work on my Camaro . Rob at pro collision is the most reliable and trustworthy person I’ve ever dealt with. He went over every detail of what he needed to do to get my car back to tip top shape. I was worried that they weren’t gonna be able to match the paint that I had gotten done two years prior at a different place. Not only did they match the paint but ,Rob had them buff and fix the prior bad paint job(fisheyes/orange peel) on my ENTIRE CAR!!! FREE OF CHARGE!! Who does that?? PRO COLLISION!!!! That service would’ve cost me $600 anywhere else. Like I said, I can’t say enough about the wonderful service and care I received. Rob and his entire staff are talented, hardworking, responsive individuals and truly have earned my trust and respect. I’ll never go anywhere else for auto repair . I’ll recommend them to anyone who is in need of quality auto body care. You guys made my 2011 Camaro look brand new again.
