This is my second time using Redhawk Auto and I like the fact that the first appointment we identified any and all issues with our 22 suburban. Nothing major, but important to note. Now that we’ve identified issues, I schedule appointments that fit my budget and timeline without the “we should take care of this ASAP from the certified auto tech”. I like that we plan it out and since then I’ve had the opportunity to take care of two of the 5 issues. I look forward to bringing my other vehicles over. The mechanic reporting is also very informative and a real nice snapshot and breakdown of the concern.

Upsale using tactics of scaring people by telling them that it's unsafe to drive... especially targeted women. My wife came in for two front tires worn and was sold a front end alignment and TPMS sensor replacement because they said that it was bad. Among other things such as tune up to include sparkplugs replacement, fuel system cleaning and many unnecessary works. I'm a certified mechanic with 40 years of experience and have upkeep all services myself up to date. The sad part is that they didn't even rotate the new tires to the rear, which any good sensible automotive and tire shop would do. Additionally, the TPMS light stays on even with ALL the tires inflated to correct pressure. I guaranteed that the front-end was not done and the TPMS sensors was not replaced. What a dishonest way to do business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

Not done with my experience yet! Arrived with appointment at 9:30. I had to pull it up on my phone they couldn’t find it! It is now 10:42 and I look out to see my car parked near the shop. I walk to see if they forgot to call me to find out my car hadn’t even gone into the bay yet.. to be continued! Yikes.. my time is valuable too

5/5 star. From the moment I entered the building I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. I came in because brakes were making a noise; I was charged a diagnostic fee which was fair and would be applied to any additional work that would be needed. Offered a AAA discount which was great. Turns out I had more turns around the block on my pads which was great news for me. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s honest. Excellent service, efficient and reliable. The manager is doing a great job. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

I took my car in for a headlight that was out. It's one of those that's encased so it's not simple. They charged me $260 due to the labor to remove my bumper to get to the headlight and upon pick up they didn't fix the daytime running on the same side. Didn't think I needed to be that specific. If I'm reporting a headlight problem wouldn't you naturally check them all? Picked it up around closing time. Pointed out the issue upon pick up, and Mike said maybe he could still get to it without taking the car apart and he'd call me the next day to schedule. He didn't. I received a text asking how they did. Replied asking for a call back twice. No returned calls. Within a month the replaced bulb went out along with the other headlight. So I was down to one daytime running light and brights only. Called three times. Left messages for Collin the manager to call me back. No response. Took the car elsewhere and turns out Redhawk used too much electrical grease and shorted out my system. This other establishment charged me $42 for parts to do both headlights. Only went to Redhawk because they dropped off flyers at my work asking me to give them out as they had just opened this location, so I thought this would be easy. Even told them that's how I heard about them and they had been super sweet when they dropped the flyers off to us at my work. Also asked at the beginning of this kind of repair is something they could handle due to it not being a simple bulb change. Collin reassured me that they could do the job. Needless to say those flyers are in the recycle can. Will not be back even though they're convenient location. Don't set up text messaging if your team is not competent enough to check them and reply, and maybe should have a team meeting about delivering phone messages too. The other establishment probably should have charged more, but he took care of me without my free advertising service. Glad to know there is still kindness somewhere but unfortunately not at Redhawk. I do not recommend.
