Personally I don't usually post bad reviews. Yes they were able to get me in same day which was awesome. Unfortunately I was at first overcharged for the part to my Volvo. (Sorry for the paragraph lol) I know this because I looked for the part online and after talking with them about it they called me back stating they had found a cheaper part which still met manufacturer requirements but was 200$ cheaper. Then I was it was offered to get me a key as well which would cost more and understand getting a new key would cost more but the part that was replaced already came with a new key. So it seemed as if I was being shaken down for money. Obviously I appreciate and understand the cost of labor but getting the initial price wrong when i was going to be initially charged 1000$ then offering me a new key for 300$(cheapest) when it was going to come free was why I felt a bit slighted. The receptionist was nice and so was the person I talked to on the phone but the fact of the matter is that if I didn't look into things for myself then it would have been 500$ more.

I'm a car guy and I do a lot of my own work. Roy is who I go to when I'm in over my head and need that elite level of expertise. You're not going to stump him with complex issues or questions. Your car is in capable hands with Roy and his team. And right now he has an incredible fish tank in the lobby! Really beautiful.

I own a 1993 Volvo. Nobody -- NOBODY -- touches my car but Roy's Auto Service. A great business and, more importantly, a great family. I've been a customer since about 2017. Roy had a heart transplant a couple of years ago, and his kids have stepped up to take over the business under his close supervision. It's a better experience, and business, now than it was before. I could not recommend Roy's Auto Service more highly!

I said I would use their services in the future, but definitely never again! I went in to replace my battery because my car was showing warning signs and I’m about to take a 10+ hour road trip, so I wanted everything to be in good condition. Just one day before my trip, a new battery warning light came on, even worse and more annoying than the original issue that made me change the battery in the first place. They refused to help me, even though I told them about my scheduled trip from the moment I scheduled the service. Now they expect me to delay my plans because of their lack of professionalism and knowledge. This is exactly why I paid for the service, and they completely failed!

I slid into a curb one morning on my way to work and was trying to find somewhere close to get it fixed. I was referred to Roy’s and I have to say I wouldn’t have changed a thing. They were able to get me in within minutes and let me know that I had bent my tie rod. The replacement part was there in no time and over all I spent maybe 2 hours there. They were super quick and super friendly. I will definitely be back for general maintenance. Love this place and all the people. Thank you Roy’s! P.S they also let me keep the tie rod as well as telling me a couple things that my car will need done in the near future without trying to haggle me into getting them done that day!
