A great experience with the team there. I had an ac problem on my 1998 GMC which, as a retired mechanic myself, I expected to be serious. Well, it was, but they managed to restore the system in just a few days, even though several components required replacement. The final cost was below their original estimate. Great crew. Great job. I still gave additional work to be completed, and I will be back

Had their technician Jon do a rear differential rebuild for me. He did a fantastic job and my truck was back up and running in a jiffy. Oh, he also was ASE technician of the year too which must be a high honor given to few. Full faith in the technician ability and quality of work. Julia, Jordan, and Sydney are fantastic and a real testament to what a service advisor should be. They are all very communicative, and kept me apprised of the whole path. Start to finish A1 service and work.

I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for everyone at silverlake automotive! I was in town visiting family, and after a 10 hour drive, something definitely wasn’t right with my car. They got my car in super fast, figured out what needed to be done, and fixed it for me so I could safely make the long trip home. It was extremely affordable, and a just great experience overall. Silverlake and the crew here are great. I had injectors replaced on my 6.0 diesel last year at another shop. Three months later two injectors went out. The other shop said they could send the injectors back and probably warranty those but there was no warranty on labor, etc. I checked with Silverlake and had the work redone here with a 4 year/48k mile warranty. My truck was in this time for an EGR cooler. I’m happy with the work they do and they stand behind it. The front staff, particularly Julia and Carissa, are helpful and friendly, and so is Seth who is the diesel tech that worked on my truck. I highly recommend Silverlake Automotive. Definitely my go to shop in the CdA area.

While driving to work my check engine light came on, and my truck went into limp mode on I90! Called the local dealer and they were 5 weeks out. I have heard good things about Silverlake automotive so on a chance they could help me out, I called. Karissa answered and said no problem at all they work on late model trucks all the time and I had an appointment within 4 days. Dropped my truck off Friday morning (Labor Day weekend) and by Tuesday. (They were closed Fri-Mon for the holiday) Karissa called and said my truck was fixed. they processed my extended warranty. You can't ask for better service than that.
