I had to take this time to write ✍️ a great review for this company. I called on a Saturday the day before Easter for a misfire, the tech came out and helped me diagnose the misfire. I had already taken out the ignition coils, he took the time to explain to me what I was doing wrong and how he can help. I loved he walked me through the repair explaining everything he was doing and how the car worked. I would highly recommend this company and it's customer service. It was very fast and professional, great price and we left with our car working to factory specs !!! Thank you spectrum mobile service

Thiago did an amazing job at replacing my driver door actuator. He communicated what he was doing so that I understood the process. He estimated it would take up to 2 hours but he was in and out in an hour. I was also in communication with Brenno prior to hiring them for the job and he was super responsive and helpful as well and helped make my experience a 10/10. Not only did they come to me, but they had the best price by a landslide for what I needed :)

Awesome mobile service! Thiago was very friendly. He was able to explain the whole process to me. I had an oil leak with my BMW oil filter housing gasket and he went above and beyond expectations. Thiago gave very fair prices and even washed the oil from my alternator and undercarriage when other shops would have charged extra for that. I found Thiago via yelp after yelp sent my quote request to multiple mechanics. I was looking for someone to convert my 1974 bronco drum brakes to discs. Thiago (AKP) reached out and asked for the opportunity to do the conversion, he normally does not work on classics. I decided to give him a shot, and boy was i glad i did! not only does he come to you, so i didn't have to drive my vehicle with old drum brakes to a shop, but he did an EXCELLENT job. I have done my own brakes for over 40 years. I'm older now and have heath issues. I needed someone else to do my brakes before traveling to Reno this weekend. I found AKP on Yelp and chose them over all the others because of their reviews. Thiago scheduled the work for the next day at 8am and showed up on time. He confirmed that the front pads and rotors were too be done and I added a tire rotation too since he was here. His estimate was cheaper than most, and way cheaper than the dealer. About one and a half hours from arrival to departure including all work, clean up, and test drive. Super clean work, and left my driveway spotless after he was done. During tear down, he even said the pads looked good and asked if I noticed any drivability issues. This was him looking out for me so I didn't have to potentially do unnecessary work. I told him I had shaking when decending both sides of the Grapevine on my last trip. Basically he verified that the work was necessary. I now have my new goto brake guy!! I'll also hit him up for any other work since I believe he provides full service mobile mechanic work too.
