This place needs to be shut down and no one needs to go there with there hard earned money and give this place any business! I overheard the so-called owner or manager of this place called another customer a racist derogatory name I will not stand for that! I took my vehicle and my hard earned money and left a place. they will never touch my car or get any business from me or anyone that I know.

Poor customer service!! Rude owner, not customer driven. Replaced a part that I didn’t need and would not refund for the part when requested the next day. They were close when I try to call that same day the part was put on. They told me to drive the car back to them so they can look at it again. It’s an hour drive, the car was not drivable they wouldn’t pay for a tow.

I have currently only used the propane service after having trouble at another place. They were wonderful on the phone and in person. They also have a bell at the propane tank so you only have to go into the building once.

As consumer We have privileges given to us in business world and one is a privilege to take your business elsewhere particularly when customer service is not valued and you spend hard earned $$$$ . I was a 1st time customer At 126 E. Sugar Creek Tire & Auto/ Good Year(independent owner franchise) one of the owners by the name “Toby” took the opportunity to speak derogatory reference my inquiry status of my vehicle repair and a uber driver who was Only trying to assist me in a pick up.. I Was trying to get an idea to arrange a ride. I was advised vehicle would be ready the following day by 12noon due to awaiting a car part ETA (time of part arrival) 0700. However, the Next DAY 12noon came and no follows up so I assume the vehicle may not be ready. I waited until 4:34pm to telephone Mr. Toby (one of the owners) immediately upon me inquiring by telephone he abruptly blunted out “I don’t have time to sit here on the phone and talk to you all because we are too busy working”. I was trying to explain I had an uber enroute and just needed some information reference status of my vehicle so I can cancel if needed. First, of all the part was to suppose to arrive by 0700am and I was advised to pick up car by 12 noon AND because I work in an emergency healthcare trying to get an idea. Key point: Bad customer service Sabotages 2nd Chances for your business, Cause Potentially loyal customers to slip away.He spoke harshly no sense of dignity for customer service kindness. This owner disposition spoke volume about returning there for Business. I shared story with my military colleagues as well. It was said to me we have been in business here a long time so we are “Not” hurting for business. So please whoever read this post I am not just Yapping this guy is unprofessional and his first impression is a lasting one in a SERVICE field of work. The irony of it all it goes a long way in my arena of work (HEALTHCARE) a service field. Honestly we are all vulnerable when your car goes down. There are other independent owner with a Good Year title in Charlotte area. To pay for a service and get unwarranted disrespectful response, on top of no Regards to how you treat your new customers and to be treated like your money did not just give him business. The audacity of the comments. Mr. Toby does NOT comprehend REPEAT CUSTOMERS will tell No one, BUT giving a person bad customer service a Customer will share with coworkers & colleagues, friends, church members, and share the story in beauty salons and barber shops etc. I was a “First” time customer .Lastly, remember Mr. Toby in the Competitive Business World there is also someone else warming up in the bull pen to take other customers. You need to work on having a favorable impact in the business world of automotive car repairs. An appropriate response of kindness when dealing with customers. Words of wisdom

Worst customer service ever! I never been in this place before and this guy who seemed to be in charge at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was considering my options and asking about prices for his used tires. He ran out of time and patience and he said " I have to go, this not for you, I'm not selling" I was in shock and disbelief. He is so arrogant. This guy is the wrong person and the last thing he can do is providing customer service!

Most HONEST shop you could probably find here in north Charlotte! They do not try to upsell you in service and car parts like most shops would, instead they tell you what's wrong and let you decide. They are very easy to work with as some people have stated here. I've been taking my car here for well over 3 years now. Excellent auto shop. They should be rated higher!

I'm not from the area so I was calling around to see my options to replace my sensor in my car. I talked to the guy and he gave me a price. Well since I had called so many different mechanics I was making sure this was the one I wanted to go to, which it was... So I asked is this the place I called earlier about my sensor he said yes, I said how much was it again, he told me the price that's how I remembered this was the place I was going with. I was about to say ok I'm on my way to you guys now, and he said hold that thought very sarcastically and hung up the phone dramatically. I think that's a horrible way to treat anyone customer or not. I was so mad that I had to do the review soon as I got off the phone with him and I don't even do reviews. You guys need to do way better with your customer service whether you want someone services or not.

I trust him to work on all my cars to include swapping an engine in one my daughters vehicles. Obviously some have had different experiences, but they have saved me in several different ways. I recommend this business and for those who had an otherwise experience. Maybe they were the problem.

Terrible service. Front desk guy Toby acts like he is too high and mighty to answer any questions. Toby just kept his eyes on his computer and never looked up to see who he was in the store. He basically ignored me and another lady that was there also waiting. We were both just waiting for him to acknowledge us. Finally the lady said “excuse me we’re looking for some service here” he barely looked up and said …”K” needless to say the rest of that very short conversation felt like pulling teeth. Everything Toby said he said it in a very short and condescending way. In the end me and the other lady there decided to just go somewhere else. Bottom line don’t go to this place. “

Came in twice now and they were very helpful and attentive. I'm still weary of the negative reviews, but I personally have only had positive experiences. I personally don't know much about cars, but they did not make me feel bad about it and I did not feel intimidated here. I liked that they were super straight to the point. They got the job done :)!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. They ripped me and my daughter out of more than 3k and her vehicle still isn't fixed. We took her car to this shop because a friend of a friend recommended them so I was like "why not give them a chance" as I was informed they were a great auto place with decent rates. When my daughter got in her vehicle to drive it the coolant cap was off and it was empty. The freaking people did not refill the coolant. What real mechanic would do this? So then we call up the shop and this man is speaking so much bull and knows he played us talking about they didn't want to spend more time on the car. Are you freaking kidding me!!!! Dude we brought my daughters car back to you numerous times because you and your mechanics did not fix the real issue with her car. Then before getting the car still could not pin point the issue. I would NEVER recommend this. Please take your car to the dealership people. Mind you my father is a mechanic and kept telling us these people did not know what they were doing. Next time I'll listen to him verses a referral. Sincerely an unhappy customer who work hard for her money to be ripped off by these people.
