My truck broke down,mr Thomas and his team took care of it very well.i was back on the road next day.the best out come of this whole break down situation was ,I meet few of the nice people on earth,like Mr Thomas ,Mr Joe and other co workers .they are very very humble and kind people. They drove me to the hotel ,to the restaurant.litterly other than broken down truck which is part of this business,I was felling like home.i am definitely going back to see them , not with broken truck 🚛,,,😜but to meet few of the nice people in the world, specialy MR THOMAS.

Absolutely amazing customer service. We broke down headed back to FL with a water pump on a diesel truck , me, my husband, and 2 big dogs. The guys were excellent. Put us up in the office with the dogs and even brought this lunch! We don't get service like this in FL!!! Highly recommended!

Have a moving and storage company and had one of our straight truck breakdown in Montgomery we called T & S, they sent someone out to work on truck but problem was to big for a side of road repair, had truck towed into their shop. T & S stayed in contact with me during major repairs keeping me informed. Usually when we have trouble on the road it is extremely hard to find an honest, trustworthy shop. I cannot say enough about the communication, professionalism, and honesty of T & S. Next time we have truck trouble I hope its where T & S can handle the repair. GREAT HONEST COMPANY!

We were traveling down from VA to FL, our diesel truck lost all power and died on the side of the road around 6pm (after closing). We called this company and they answered promptly, then said they would get in touch with their tech. They called back, said they would be about 3-4 hours out and recommended a tow company to take it to their shop (Jacob's Towing- affordable & reliable!). We got our truck towed to their shop, they let us leave our trailer there as well, "No problem at all, if it's in our way we'll just move it!" The very nice man on the phone recommended hotels & places to eat, and that they would get it looked at first thing in the morning. Well today, we got a call at 9am- it's the distribution box and they have one on the way from the Chevrolet dealership! They should have us back on the road around noon. They called us back around 1:30- told us the alternator shorted out and fried the box, so they also replaced that AND talked the company down from $500 to $359. Our bill was way less than we expected, and all in all the BEST bunch of people you would expect to meet on the outskirts of Montgomery.

This guy is nice no doubt about it he will treat you good. But then the bill will be 3 times bigger than normal. They charged me 12 hours to replace a radiator. Better go to a dealer it would be cheaper and they will treat you the same. They basically ad 30% or more on parts, like for the radiator he said is 3600$ I called the dealer and they said is 2600$ He called the towing and he added 100$ on top of towing bill. I won't ever use this service

Call them to dispatch a mobile mechanic, Mr Joe arrived 30 minutes later to our location, diagnosed my RV with front tires separating. He called the shop owner and invited us to spend the night at the RV on their shop yard. Next day they had us ready by 10 am, great people, great work and great prices. 100% recommended.

Very nice people. Far from honest, told me the repair would cost about 2k on Saturday when I arrived. Changed part in about 2 hrs, charged me 8 hrs @ $165 an hr for their mechanic trying to do something they didn’t have the software to do. Charged me for $120 of coolant that was never used cause they never opened my hood not once. Took several hrs to pay the bill cause they don’t use CC machine just cash app and Zelle. Spent 2 days in their yard waiting for someone to come with the right software to clear faults. My advice, just take it to the dealer or somewhere else. By the way final bill was $3,884.24 to replace DEF pump!

Broke down on a Holiday weekend. Thomas the owner referred me to a low cost towing company to get there. Joe was my Tech got problem solved and Thomas IMMEDIATELY started inquiring to get my parts. Joe was a EXPERT Tech in doing my repairs which covered numerous air leaks. Work was performed Quickly and to HIGH Standards . Price was also FAIR for work performed. Thanks A lot Guys !!!!

I took my RV in to this place to get the A/C repaired. The owner, Tom, said there was a leak and quoted me around $600. Once the technician started working, Tom called and said the problem was deeper than he thought and raised the price to $1,500. I reluctantly agreed to the revised quote. When I arrived, he said he needed to take the faulty part elsewhere to “rig up” or fabricate a replacement since the original was no longer available—bringing the total to $3,500. After a lot of back-and-forth (and my son talking with him), he brought the final cost came down to $2,500. I picked up the RV, but within just a few days, the air had leaked out again. I called several times to get it repaired, but he didn’t answer. When I went back in person, he said he had been sick for a while. He did take the vehicle in again and said it was just a wire was loose. After picking it up again, I still had the same issue. Unfortunately it still has to be repaired. This guy may seem very friendly, but be warned — he raised his original quote several times and did not stand behind his work. ⚠️ Warning: Do NOT take your vehicle here if you expect quality service at a fair price. If you decide to do so anyway, be extremely cautious and get everything in writing before agreeing to any repairs.

This company is one of the best Mobile repair company I have ever delt with. The owner is very nice very accommodating. And the tech they sent out was very knowledgeable and quick. The cost was very very reasonable. They even took care of us on Sunday had us back on the road. They even had their parts department come in so they could get the part we needed.
