I give them 2 stars for their Sales Manager always returning my messages. But they had our (3) pieces of equipment for almost 2 MONTHS and we NEVER received a quote for repair, or told what the issues needing to be fixed, were. ABSOLUTELY the worst service my company has EVER experienced..Will NEVER use them again.

I was trying to repair my Genie lift and was striking out everywhere, due to the pandemic all the local repair shops have stopped doing on-site service. I phoned Mike at Terex and he worked through his lunch hour helping me troubleshoot the problem and giving me advice on parts. I am happy to report that my lift is now functional and at 1/50th of the cost if I had had it fixed by a service tech. Glorious.

The Kent WA location was great!! I work for a nonprofit, and our food bank box truck had a faulty liftgate that was unsafe. We use this box truck to be able to pick up food from grocery stores and other locations to provide for our clients. They worked with us and donated the time and parts to have it repaired. Working at a nonprofit, this is very important since funds are always tight. With Terex working with us, we were able to put the money we saved by their donation back into the services we provide. We really appreciate all the work that they did for us.
