I definitely recommend The UTV Clinic for your Side X Side needs. Phil and his shop installed a front end Gusset Kit & upgraded my Radius Rods on my Can Am. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. They had my car back to me quick.

Do not trust Phil Casey. He charges tax on labor. Pay attention to your invoice. I have contacted the appropriate authority to report the fact that he is charging tax on labor. In addition, his quality of work is sub par. If I could give zero stars I would. He performed work on my RZR twice. Both times he charged tax on labor and performed poor quality craftsmanship. Terrible business performing terrible work to hard working people. In response to your reply. My previous invoice in April you charged tax on labor? If you don't charge tax on labor why have I been charged tax on labor twice?

I rarely leave reviews, but when I experience customer service and professional integrity that leaves me appreciative of people, I’m inclined. The owners of the UTV Clinic in San Diego are of that caliber. I own an older “classic” Polaris RZR. The big warehouse dealer does not work on these old machines and have left me waiting for days for basic service like tire mounting and such. When my clutch was problematic, they turned me away. Phil and Jen were warm, welcoming, and thorough in explaining the diagnosis and options to fit my need and budget. After the repair, the symptom returned. Phil replaced the faulty new part and additional parts at his cost to ensure the solution was to my satisfaction. And he did it in a day, not a week or two. If you have a UTV and need the right service at honest prices I highly recommend the UTV Clinic in San Diego. You won’t be left feeling like a number in the system, you’ll experience customer service the way it’s meant to be. OBTW if you don’t get a call or text back right away they’re probably home in New Zealand for a minute! Cheers!
