Convenient , very nice, no upsell. UPDATE 2025. I am here for some suspension and tire work. I stand by my original review, this is a great shop and I have total and complete Trust and Confidence in the owner/operator, he is a great guy to me. I called to find out how much a car inspection was with them and was told their machine is down. Mid talking I was abruptly hung up on. I called again and was hung up on again to let them know that was rude. There was no apology. My family has come here and I was referred but the people who work here are VERY RUDE!! I’d rate them 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend.

Gotta say, this was the best way to get an inspection done. Quick, convenient, and excellent customer service. Will be returning here for all my state inspections moving forward. Highly recommend. The interior waiting room could be updated, but you aren't here for more than 10 minutes so it truly doesn't affect my review at all.

0 stars. Only put 1 star because i had to in order to post. Terrible service. Needed help with my gas tank not opening. I had the spring that fell off. Just needed it back on. Guy working there Friday evening didn't even want to look at it or hear me out. Just said go to the dealer and walked away when I was still talking to him. Ignored me. Disrespectful. No manners. He didn't care one bit. Good luck with ur business. Because that is not how u do business or treat your customers.

The guy doing inspections at this place is indeed very rude and lacks customer service skills; I guess he's tired of answering the same question regarding when his machine will be fixed (apparently it has been down for months). Did the last 2 inspections with him, but will never do it again. There is a Valvoline Instant Oil Change shop nearby with friendly young men who will do the inspection quickly and professionally (they also do not charge extra if you use a credit card, like this rude guy at the SSS shop does).

Attendant was super rude and didn't explain anything. When I seemed confused when he wanted to test drive my car, he just told me to go somewhere else and walked away. I wouldn't recommend it here. seemed sketch at best.

Cheap and quick. Best price I could find. If you fail, pay and come back to try again next week and pass he won't charge again. *Update* I have a new car now! I've only come here to get my car inspected. Quick, friendly and easy. He actually cares and I'll always give him my money ($25.50) and you should too.

Came here to say cause I got a flat tire on my truck. Raheem helped me and my sister out by patching up the tire and he let me borrow one of his jacks to swap it out as well. Great customer service and a very nice guy! Definitely trust worthy if you need any car help!

Doesn't know how to work with dealership. When giving him our surety insurance. He kept asking for an insurance card. All cars are insured through our floor plan. Terrible customer service Update: In 16 mins I went down the road, and was able to get an inspection without a problem. The other shop spoke with me as a customer, and we figured out what worked. There's plenty of better shops out there. Do yourself a favor as a customer, and pick a better one
