Vintage German motors really helped me out in a pinch. I have a desert race car that I destroyed the motor in the week before race day durring testing. They had a motor for me that met race spec in stock at a great price. The motor I got from them looks great and they gave me some great advice on how to break it in for race day. I will pass along how great this shop is to all my volkswagen buddies and will go back for advice and work on my 67 bug daily driver. Awesome shop, great staff, and very knowledgeable.

Can't say enough about this shop; Dave does a great job for a lower price than anywhere else I've seen. He's also friendly and willing to work with hobbyists who want to do a lot of the work themselves but need help with some of the tougher tasks.

Dr. Dave has the experience, knowledge and wisdom to fix a great many things. Beetles, transporters, and type 3's included! He's a valued treasure among the vintage community, and will do it right. He doesn't find old cars. That's your job!

I asked about taking my 72 Super Bettle here so it can pass emissions. Dave let me know that if I register it as a vintage vehicle, I don’t need emissions. I was pleasantly surprised to find an honest mechanic when he could have easily told me to come in and do some repair work. I will absolutely be coming here when it’s needed.
