Terrible service. Don’t respect your time. Very rude. Went to get a tire change and was told it would take an hour. Waited for an hour and a half and nothing had been done.

Lied saying my oil drain plug could not be removed. I got home and did it myself in about 15 minutes the drain plug came off in one second. The exhaust manifold passes close to my oil filter and I guess that is why they did not want to do it. At least they could have said the truth.

Woooooo St freaking place to get good customer service. These people don't care that they are here to provide a service. While I was at the location some employee, let's call him ALdo, straight up ran into a cart while I was there in the parking lot. Unfortunately I got my tires serviced here and closest Walmart, so I have to avoid them as much as I can when getting serviced on my vehicle.

So no problem with the oil. Huge problem with handling though. The inside lining of my car is torn and the plastic engine cover from underneath my car is dragging on the floor. How does that happen in one oil change? Laziest looking business I’ve hit up

BEEN HERE 1:20PM JUST TO GET A TIRE SENSOR. PERSON ATTEND ME SAID IT WILL TAKE AN HOUR I OK. SO I WENT IN STORE TO MAKE SOME TIME CAME BACK 3:ISH MY CAR HASN'T BEEN MOVE FROM THE PARKING SPOT IT WAS LEFT. I LOOKED IN SHOP AND THEY HAD ANOTHER CARE THAT GOT HERE AFTER ME. SO I GO UP TO THE COUNTER WITH CASHIER GLORIA ASKED HER WHAT THE STATUS MY CAR GAVE THE TICKET SHE WENT TO ASKED SHE SAID " IT'S NEXT ONE GOING IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER HOUR". SO NOW 4:30PM I ASK AGAIN AND CASHIER MARIO WENT TO CHECK NOW HE SAID " THE TIRE TECHNICIAN IS OUT TO LUNCH" SO GLORIA COULD OF TOLD ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE INSTEAD OF SAYING IT TAKE AN HOUR MORE!😤

No attendant at auto shop, had to call main store# to have them page someone over. When they did, this young lady came dragging her feet who did not seem happy to be there much less to want to help anyone. Walmart should screen their people better.

Went to get my oil changed, but they wouldn't do it because they said I needed a new oil plug. I went to buy the plug and come to find out the plug was not the problem. Now my car is leaking oil like crazy because the hole where the oil plug goes was stripped. My mechanic told me whoever had touched it last (Walmart) had stripped it. They denied any responsibility and now I'm stuck with a much more costly repair. If you care about your vehicle, take it to a real mechanic.

I just refinished the aluminum wheels on my 2000 Ford F150; which were badly oxidized. I baught a set of four Cooper Discoverer All-Terrain tires from Walmart on West Nolana. The technician there did an exceptional job installing and balancing my tires. The technician did an extraordinary job of balancing my tires by installing the weights all on the inside of my wheels. No weights are showing on the outside of my wheels and they look fenamal, i was not expecting that. Thank you!

Said it would take 3 hours before my car could get a tire rotation because there were 4 cars ahead of me. It takes 2 mechanics 3 hours to do basic service on 4 vehicles???? When I was able to get my car in for service, they never called me on the phone or over the intercom to let me know it was ready. I stayed in the store for an extra 30-45 minutes for nothing.

I went because I needed a replacement tire, paid around $140, a week later I found out they gave me the wrong size tire so I had to go somewhere else to pay for new tires, I waited 5 hours for a wrong tire to be put on my car and paid $140 on it. Save your time and money, go to Firestone

Awful experience!!!! I came in and asked them how long it would take for an oil change and they told me about an hour and a half. That was okay but after about an hour they called me and told me they had lost the key!!! I went back to them to find out what happened and they said they were working on it but it seemed to me that it wasn't a high priority for them. It took another hour before they finally found the key. So after 2.5 hours of waiting they had finally finished the job. I was hoping that out of good customer service they would waive the charge since not only did they waste my time but they also put at risk that my key was lost or stolen and that I wouldn't be able to drive my car until I got a new $100 plus key!!! But they still charged me! I don't think I am ever going there again for auto care. They have lost my business.

Terrible, waited for 5 hours for an hour oil change. I had an appointment. Said it would take 1:30. Just terrible, workers move so slow. It pisses you off even more

If I could leave 0 star, I would. Came here to get my ac refrigerant topped. It was blowing cold but I'm working here in Texas and felt it could be colder. They offered a good deal. After waiting 2 hours the front desk calls me up and says my service was canceled. I asked to speak to someone as to why. The manager stated they had drained all the coolant out of my system but wasn't able to fill it because I had a leak. I just had a new ac system installed 6 months ago. Get to the truck and it's blowing hot air now 😭. I explained this to the manager and with no sense of empathy he stated there was nothing he could do about it. Didn't offer any solutions or apology. I ended up making a complaint report but unsure where that will get me. It's almost 100 degrees here and I have to be in my vehicle most of the time for work.. I'm soo disappointed. Wish I had read the reviews like I usually do. I'm pretty sure they bust my compression system. 😭😭

Good service provided. Understand the time that would take a car, it’s not fast and easy to do a car. Better to do appointments if you want a fast service, but as everything amazing. Understand sometimes it would take them time due to short staff, and more. They’re humans/people as well. Love the service provided, always tell in details about prices, the time and everything. If want a service fast service, take your time when you know you ain’t going to do anything to do it at Walmarts. Always verify the product is there, love when they check the system and in the floor. They let you know which other stores has more product, with a call they give to the other store for us as customers to know. Jahved, and Jesus great for tires, good quality tires and even if they don’t have they provide you with information of “special orders”. Israel and Alan, good technicians. If any trouble you have of your car and want an advice due to walmart policies of not doing extra maintenance on vehicles, they would let you know, recommend what service to get. Such alignment or any other fluids to be added. They take long on the headlights restoration, sadly there’s no appointment for that, but I understand it does take an hour for the service, so as a customer that took the service recommend to go very early, sacrifice your sleep for a fast service, due to lack of customers in the morning. Battery’s and tires warranty well explained there, and live the prices on any of them. Hope they would do alignment and put any other fluids and check more, but still best service. Recommend this walmart in McAllen no matter which side of the rgv from Edinburg-mission, recommend always Nolana and 29th street Walmart. Been to others, and still prefer this one. Management such as Jaime and Tony, recommend getting your claims to them, they handle any complaint really well. Sadly, I’ve been going recently and one of their registers don’t work, but still as service well recommend, just be patience due to all customer wanting to have done their cars all at once. Fast service mornings, don’t mind the time go any time, and if specific time, recommend set an appointment. Can call beforehand and they would let you know their wait time. Again my trustworthy walmart.

Brought my car for an oil change, told me it would take 2 hours and suggested I make an appointment, I did for the next day, got there 5 minutes before and still it took 2 hours. Manager didn’t care.
