Dante asked question to be sure he understood the problem with my car. He took the time to convey this to the mechanic. I thought the brake pedal was going down too far. I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire team at Westhills! From the friendly staff to the skilled mechanics, everyone delivers truly exceptional service. A huge thank-you to Ronald and Mike in sales, who partnered with Griffin in service to take wonderful care of all my vehicle needs. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough while answering my (many!) questions with genuine enthusiasm. The service was done well. First time using our maintenance insurance. That was a great experience. The people were helpful, excellent communicating what was going on, how long it would take, how much it would cost. However the call center blew it. They asked if I needed a rental. I said it depended on how long it would take. They really couldn’t say, so I said,” yes.” The first time we had service done, the rental was complimentary, this time it was not. I should have been told. They could have said, “ it is $49 for 24 hours.” It just bugs me when I’m not informed of charges.

I love my 2012 CRZ. The entire service team was on their game and didn't try to oversell me on unnecessary repairs or replacements. Took the exact amount of time estimated and enjoyed the free wifi in the lounge while I waited. If you own a Honda, check them out!

I brought my car to west hills Honda and I worked with Wendy. I have a 3rd party vehicle warranty and I was wandering if it would cover my oil issue. I came here after going to Honda of Fife who said that my case is not covered. Westhills Honda took my car for diagnostics along with a copy of my warranty agreement. Wendy researched my agreement called the warranty, clarified some followup questions and submitted a claim and my claim was approved. I got my car repaired at the end of the day.. thank god I found Wendy and the service team at westhills Honda, they saved me thousands. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and made great recommendations, which helped get my car running the way it is supposed to again. I highly recommend ! ! Thank you Westhills Honda.

Normally I have high praise for West Hills Honda, and I truly appreciate the complimentary services. This time I am disappointed. I showed up for my 11 am appointment and finally after a two and a half hour wait for a routine tire rotation and oil change, and watching the frustrated faces of other customers waiting for long periods, I sought help from anyone who would listen. Wendy could not be found. Gone to lunch? When she did show up her desk was littered with customer service packets needing attention. What should have been a half an hour service elsewhere left customers frustrated. It reflected poorly upon the service dept. Considering the wait time lost. It was costly.

Griffin was very friendly and nice as well as efficient. I was made to feel comfortable and my puppy Teddy was welcomed as well. In fact, we were so comfortable, we both took a nap on one of the couches! (It was a long appointment!) I was very happy with the result, a recall, plus regular 30,000 mile maintenance, and the car seemed to run more smoothly on the way home. I highly recommend West Hills Honda and Griffin and the technicians and the snack bar. We actually had fun!

I was almost hesitant at first of this place because I almost always read several of the bad reviews, hoping for a bit of truthful insight, all out of habit before deciding on doing business with a place, so I expected a bad time. And hey my experience was great. Griffin greeted me and worked with me on my car's recommended maintenance in the service department; his professionalism was top-notch. At first, I thought it would be a boring wait like most car places and waiting times, right? To my surprise, I was also offered complementary latte drinks and snacks as I waited, it’s like they have a full coffee stand and friendly workers making several different coffee drinks and another associate would walk around from time to time offering bottles of water and kept checking on the waiting areas, every now and then. I got to listen to several employees singing songs loudly (redundant 80’s music playing), almost felt bad for them that they have to put up with the same songs, day in and day out, and I did not mind a bit; it was an entertaining, upbeat and goofy environment. I must say it was almost like a vacation sitting in the waiting area and working on my phone the entire time with friendly, all-around service. A break in my day. Let me mention they also offered a shuttle service at one point to and from my house with a friendly driver. I really did not need the ride because waiting at Honda was nice and an actual break from my day of all things, sitting on my phone the entire time with different people checking on you and offering water and snacks the entire time, but hey, I did accept the ride not knowing how long the recommended services would take. It seems I was dropped off at home and quickly picked back up to go get my car. My car is now all up-to-date on maintenance; hopefully, I won't go back for a long while. Definitely recommended. Thank you, Griffin and the rest of you doing your jobs, all upbeat and nice. Great work!

Bought the car last week, fuel door not latching properly, diagnostic performed, it’s a process, not just replacing the stopper, going to take a bit, crazy. I brought our Civic in for a warranty recall on the fuel pump. Staff~Dante~was amazing. He kept me informed of everything that was going on, when it was going to be done, did I want this? Did I want that? Do I need anything? I had problems connecting to Wi-Fi, so the Beans Café gal helped me out,she was really nice. Shout out to the auto tech who performed a miracle, I didn’t know my car had that kind of power! Every one was hustling,very professional,quick checkout.The restroom was spotless, waiting rooms were very clean.I won’t hesitate to go there again. I’m very impressed!

Great service, Dante was very kind and helpful! He tried to make everything easier for me and my 6 year old. I went to drop my car off the night before due to double booking myself for the time of my appointment the next day (my schedule issue not theirs) I went in for a computer update and he tried to squeeze me in the day before so I wouldn’t have to arrange rides and move the car seat . He was knowledgeable and even tried to book me with their shuttle so I didn’t have to hassle my friends. He truly did everything to make my life easier and I truly appreciate that!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Megan, Griffin, and Dante were all great Service Advisors. They are very helpful and truly care about their customers. I had to reschedule at the last minute because of my son’s pre-surgery appointment, and Griffin helped me find a new time that fit my schedule. Megan was very pleasant and kind. It was also nice seeing Dante again, even though I did not work with him this time. Great customer service overall! 😊
