Got my dream Jeep (used) and immediately had death wobbles driving off the lot. Dealership ‘fixed’ the issue. Started feeling them again 2 weeks later. Went to 3D for inspection and they explained the issue. Was able to go back to the dealership so they could properly fix it. 3D inspected again at no charge to make sure the problem was corrected. Very nice & knowledgeable guys. Also had the bestest shop dog to keep me company while I was waiting for the inspection! 10/10! Definitely recommend them & going back to them in the future.

3D Offroad – A Company like no other! My wife and I are from New Mexico. After recently visiting friends in Colorado, we were driving through Colorado Springs on our way to offroad on the Alpine Loop when our Jeep’s OEM steering box began to show signs of badly needing hydro-assist to drive recently upgraded 37” tires and a completely new suspension. We stopped by 3D Offroad explaining our circumstances; but we knew the chances of them working on our Jeep that day were slim to none. Realistically, we would be weeks (if not months) out into the future if we were lucky! However, all things proved otherwise beginning in the front office with Blake. After he identified what steering upgrade(s) we needed, he then verified they had all parts in stock. He asked ‘IF’ they were to work our Jeep into their schedule, it would take about a day or so to complete the job. To say the least, we were shocked! We didn’t expect them to work on our Jeep that day let alone have all the parts we needed. So we accepted! Since my wife and I found a nearby hotel to stay the night, Will, who works the technical side of 3D Offroad, graciously took us to the hotel and brought us back the following morning. We spent the day at 3D Offroad sharing time with staff and enjoying their shop dog named Millie Mae – great dog! To make a long story short, not only did 3D Offroad work our Jeep into their already busy schedule to get us on our way, but they worked overtime to get the job done as promised. Tell me - what company does this? Matt Thompson, who owns 3D Offroad, sets the example of passion, excellence, commitment, quality, and probably most important, customer service seeing these qualities beginning in the front office and throughout the shop. My wife and I are forever grateful to Matt and his special crew for what they all did for us, the quality of their work, and their outstanding customer service. And, oh, by the way, their steering upgrade in our Jeep works great! We are more than delighted customers! And we are customers for life! I told Matt they will be doing our next big Jeep upgrade. Thank you, 3D Offroad! You all are very special!

I can’t say enough good things about 3D Off Road Shop in Colorado Springs. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about my build. I recently had them install a Hemi swap from America’s Most Wanted 392, and the results blew me away. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch. Everything runs smooth, clean, and powerful. The swap completely transformed my rig, and the performance is unreal. The AMW 392 is already a monster of an upgrade, but the crew at 3D Off Road made sure the install was dialed with perfect fitment and no shortcuts. What I really appreciated was how communicative they were throughout the process. They kept me updated, explained what was going on, and made sure I understood every step. It is rare to find a shop that blends technical expertise with such great customer service, but these guys nailed it. If you are in United States and looking for off road upgrades, engine swaps, or any serious custom work, 3D Off Road is the place to go. I could not be happier with my Hemi swap. It feels like a brand new truck with a heart built for adventure.

We had need of a truck to truck liftgate swap. We searched around within the places that seem to make sense from a commercial truck modification standpoint but somebody at my company recommended 3D Off Road. After contacting them, not only was their price the best but their turnaround time was the best also. Can't say enough good things about this shop. You know when you pull up with the quality of the rigs in the parking lot they do good work. I have been dealing with a steering issue and the crew at 3D has taken the time to throughly diagnose issue(s), correct the issues and have corrected previous owner shortcuts on my Jeep so it's set up the way it should be. I'm very satisfied.

Oh my stars and stripes I can't say enough amazing things about these gents. Specifically Matt, Will and Blake. My truck's suspension was 12 shades of messed up and I was very close to having to tow my camper down to Texas, I took it to a shop close to me and was referred to the 3D tribe. BEST REFERRAL EVER! These guys are absolute miracle workers. During the middle of their busiest season, they managed to wiggle me into their schedule because I would NOT have made it without their help. Like I was one bad pothole or speedbump at the wrong speed or angle away from catastrophic failure of my suspension. I dropped my truck off Monday morning and got it back Thursday afternoon (they had to order additional items that couldn't have been predicted up front), they replaced my front air ride system with coils, replaced control arms and ball joints, got new wheels and tires to take the place of the Miami beach crawlers that were on there, among other items. Will even came and picked me up after finding out that I was planning to walk 7 miles across town to the shop because I am broke AF right now and couldn't afford an uber. He fussed at me in his professionally gruff manner and told me that I did not have permission to walk which I appreciated so unbelievably much. They were absolute professionals, cool dudes and the shop pup Millie, was icing on the cake. I was communicated with clearly and respectfully every step of the way and can absolutely understand why people will ship vehicles in from all over the country for these guys to work on. They are the only shop I would ever recommend for your offroading and suspension needs. I very much appreciate their policy of if they wouldn't put their wife or child in that vehicle and send it on its way, they won't put a client in the vehicle. If it's not good enough and safe enough for their loved ones, it's not leaving their shop. Add in the fact that none of their crew seems irritated, annoyed or grumpy, says a TON about how they treat their employees and lets me know this is absolutely a rock solid shop and crew. Their pricing was extremely fair and TRANSPARENT which is a huge thing for me. I have zero complaints and oodles of compliments. TL:DR, you are not going to find better work with better dudes so skip the BS and call them.

To just recommend their services is an Understatement! They manage the most professional, team focused, military and family friendly shop I’ve ever seen. 3D’s team are highly skilled and experience in custom builds, Professional Offroad Rigs, Rhino Lining, and every single aspect of vehicles’ enhancements. Had a pan-hard bar by Core 4X4 installed on my ‘97 4Runner. Although I ordered the correct bar, the bracket on the vehicle, supporting the right side, did not allow the Johnnie Joint to fit in due to its design. The Core 4X4 bar is much larger than factory. 3D was able to cut out a section of the bracket, then weld in an extension, and the bar fits perfectly.

Yea, this is hands down one of the best mechanic shops I've been to. I'm a big Jeep guy and have been to many Jeep mechanics and have to say that 3D is top notch. I especially want to thank Blake, Will, and Matt for all their hard work and amazing customer service. I originally spoke to Blake about doing a transmission conversion from a manual to an 8-speed 850RE automatic on my Jeep JK. Yes, you read that right. 3D literally helped me turn my 6-speed manual Jeep JK to an 8-speed automatic and it's awesome. I was pretty nervous about diving into this big project. But after talking to Blake and Will, those dudes have a way of putting your mind at ease. They are super confident in their abilities as a shop, and for good reason. They have done so much mod work on Jeeps and other trucks. My transmission conversion was successful and it's thanks to 3D. Throughout the process, I would often call them for updates as I was anxious about ensuring my transmission project was going according to plan and to get my Jeep back. Blake and Will almost always picked up the phone and gave me an update. Not once were they annoyed or dismissive of my questions. They always gave me the rundown of how things were going. No fluff. No lies. Just facts, which I appreciated. Overall, Blake, Will, and Matt have gone above and beyond to make sure I left their shop happy with my build and I cannot recommend them enough. They are now my main Jeep shop and hope to do work with them for years to come. Thanks guys!!

Awesome set of guys. Did awesome work on my overland Jeep. Blake set me up with the right parts for how I intend to use my Jeep. Didn't try to upsell me into parts I didn't need. Was happy to break up the job into multiple phases to see how the current phase works thus potentially saving me more money and if not, setting me up for the right gear again. I had some time constraints due to this vehicle being my daily driver. They worked with me and had my Jeep ready to go right on time. I really recommend 3D Offroad.
