I have always had the best service! Sam is great at getting my vehicle in and out without a worry. The chore of oil change is so much less work when you can call, and they work you in on your time. Even when I had a flat tire and had to wait for new tire they got me in and out quickly! Really appreciate a place that meets you with kind people at the desk.

I am very disappointed with my service this weekend while getting my yearly inspection. The staff member working with me during check out was very aggressive and rude, and was complaining about my decision to get additional service at a different location. He was even questioning me on why I went to a different location for services LAST YEAR. All could do was stay quiet. I understand he was trying to upsell, but was being very inconsiderate and thats not a good way to make business. I will not be coming back.

I have a F250 Super duty truck that needed servicing, I took it to Adams Automotive in the Woodlands. I was promptly greeted by a service advisor and I explained what I needed. I did not have an appointment so I didn’t expect them to take my truck right away. They assured me that it would not be long, and offered a free shuttle ride home and also a complimentary wash.. I met the GM Mike and he was very professional and courteous! I highly recommend this shop for your vehicle needs.
