Guess they don't want business. Stood waiting at the counter for some help but no one ever came, even after the door chimed when I came in. Could hear several employees cutting up in the back. Went to O'Reilly's and was immediately helped by a friendly face.

The young man I spoke with was willing to help me without griping about it or putting me off on someone else. He helped me with a few details wrong with my baby, my black sport trac! Haha..... He even explained to me what type of tools I would need to make sure that my battery cables were in correctly... TY for your help I think this guy needs to be manager if he isn't already. Very personable and willing to go the extra mile for customers.

This store is amazing. I needed a new battery and my car was barely going, so I pulled into the O'Reilly's on Fort Henry dr. My car was stuck at O'Reilly's for 2 days and the employees there were awful. I will NEVER go back. They refused to put a new battery on, was very dismissive, and was literally backing up while I was talking, so they could get back inside to talk to their friends. I had someone take me to Advance Auto on Fort Henry and they were so nice. One employee actually followed me to my car at O'Reilly's to jump it off and made sure I made back to Advance Auto. It takes longer to put a battery on Jeep Renegades, but they still installed it for me. They were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this store to everyone!

Worst experience i have ever had in my life. Friday night on August 22 I walk to the register to check out and the manager or assistant manager whatever he is hes literally throwing a temper tantrum like he needs his diaper changed and mommy isn't there to do it. He's cussing the entire time because his computer won't work and then keeps throwing the phone at the computer. By the time I go to leave and then go back in and tell him this is the worst service ive ever had in my life i wont be buying anything from there anymore then I ask for his boss name and he puts his hands on me jerks me up by my shirt and pushes me out the door then his little buddy that was working with him hurrys up and shuts the door back. We both call the police and they dont do anything they said oh theres nothing we can do theres no cameras. Really? No cameras right at the front door where it happen at thats a joke just like the people that work there is this how you treat your customers what a disgrace this guy is he makes the whole store look bad. Who ever the owner is of this store I want you to contact me immediately I have never in my life been treated this way at any other store. I would be embarrassed to have that guy work for me much less put my trust in him to deal with customers this guy should be fired immediately

Husband just went into this store and saw a sign with a sales tag on it. He grabbed 4 cans took to counter and they gave a high total. He told them about the sign and went over to it. They said oh that's not for this item. And told my husband they didn't like his attitude and to get out of his store. Apparently it was the assistant manager Jeremiah Johnson.
