You guys really dropped the ball today. You told us that you could have a vehicle done today when you were called Monday to see if you could fit it in. We were leaving for a trip the next day and that was told to your receptionist. My husband was told no problem, it would only take a few hours. No one bothered to call to say you couldn’t, until my husband called you 15 mins before close. So now we are having to pay out of pocket even more money because you couldn’t follow through. I understand things happen but you never communicated clearly. Obviously this is not your normal seeing other reviews here but we were not satisfied.

I recently had a screw stuck in one of my tires, and wanted to have it checked out. Brought the car to Advanced Tire Service located at 2199 NW 10th in Ocala. Richard and his team were great. They checked out the tire quickly and professionally. Luckily we found that the tire was not damaged from the screw. Will definitely go back here for tires and other services. I purchased 4 tires for my horse trailer at Advanced Tire a few weeks ago, and they were great! However today, as luck would have it, I ran over a nail on the highway with maybe 12 miles on that trailer tire. I took my flat (new) tire into Advanced and they immediately patched the tire at no charge! I was in and out within just a few minutes. Richard is always very pleasant to chat with and helpful with everything! I’m really glad I’ve found them and I highly recommend them for all of your tire needs.

The tech worked fast to get my car back to me with new tires. The customer service lady in the front was very nice and spoke courteously to myself and the other customers. I’ll admit, I’m not one to usually leave reviews the service that I received on Monday was nothing less of perfect. I stopped in on Friday and was able to get an appointment on Monday. The manager was extremely attentive to my needs. I had my own tires they charge per tire to put them on, expected. They checked The levels on my fluids. I wasn’t there long and now they are stuck with me if I ever need to use them again in the future. Thank you guys💜💜💜

Justin at the Ocala store is one of the most honest people I have met in the big truck tire business. Had an issue with an rv and wanted a third opinion trying to fix a vibration. Justin went above and beyond trying to help and solve the issue. I would give them 6 stars if it were an option. Keep up the GREAT customer service Justin and I cant thank you enough for your help in the issue I had. If you ever move to St Louis I would hire you instantly!!!

We had the wrong tires come in on a special order at Sam's Club then a partial shipment, and I rescheduled my Advanced appointment 3-4 times with Corey at the Advanced front desk before we finally got the full tire order at Sam's. Fast service and got us in on very short notice. Beautifully clean waiting room with comfortable chairs. Employees were friendly and helpful. The female employees made me feel very secure in going there as a woman when I need to go alone. Didn’t feel like they were trying to nickel and dime away anything and said if the alignment came back within range they wouldn’t do it(did end up needing it but knew that going in).

Amazing service, good pricing for what I needed and from my point of view the folks in the back have a great work ethic. Advanced was very accommodating to my work schedule and had everything I needed on hand. Additionally I observed a veteran/ first responder customer in front of me and they took such great care of him (and even had candy for kids). Just an all around good place!

We just had a trailer tire blowout on I75 just before the exit on 27 and called these guys and they told us to come there. ( only a ml past the exit) They took great care of us, changed the tire and got us back on the road in no time. They were all such nice guys too. We will definitely use them again! Highly recommend 🙌
