Super nice, worked in my time frame. Wish they could my rear windshield but they were amazing with everything else.

The owner is very knowledgeable about European cars. If you drive a European car you shouldn’t even worry about the price; 😂 you already know it’s gonna be high. I would recommend this place to any body!!

$479 for an oil change (last done at Jindra's before he retired for $125, and at Big O Tires for $90) and pulling the codes for a check engine light. Terrible value for services received.

This shop was so helpful and nice every time I talk to them. The estimated and work that had to be done was quick. The young lady who I talk to was professional at all times. The shop was a clean shop. I do think the bill was a little high !! But the service and staff was great which made up for the extra $$$ . Would I take my car back for needed work .YES

I had a clunking in the back of my car. Had it checked out at 2 other shops. They suggested that maybe I had left a can of soup back there. Stated developing performance problems. Angelo's found the problem it would have been around 3000 to replace parts but they said they might be able to fix for around 300 no promises. I'm back on the road for 300.

THIS IS THE CORRECT ANGELO'S There is another shop in town called "Angelo's Classic Imports" and they are not nearly as good as these people. The other Angelo's will take you for a ride if they fell like they can. This Angelo's stayed true to their word and really helped me and my family out when we needed it. Be careful of the other shop, they only just started using the name last year

Dan and I were traveling from near Olympia, Wa to Carmel-by-the Sea when our BMW showed an engine warning light on our dash. Dan took the car to Angelo's European Speciality early in the morning without an appointment. They were great, had the issue fixed in less than an hour. Angelo himself talked with Dan about the issue. A 1st class place; I would love for Angelo to be our home town mechanic.

My BMW had a catastrophic engine failure issue at 10pm on the 5 fwy in Redding. My car was flatbedded to Angelo's European Specialty. Angelo and his wife and staff have been beyond helpful and very professional. Ethical and honest and with excellent communication. A can't miss choice for car of your expensive import auto's.

We were on our way from the Olympia, Wa area to the Monterrey Peninsula to rendevouz with our daughter and her family. It was going to be a special birthday celebration as our daughter and my wife share the same birthdate. While coming over Mt. Ashland in the Siskyous, a warning light came on the dash. Googling BMW warning symbols, I found that it was an engine issue. The next morning, without an appointment, Angelo himself worked on our car and in less than an hour, our car was fixed and road ready. Angelo spoke with me at length about the issue and assured me that we were good continue on our trip. Thank's to Angelo's professionalism and great service, we had a great trip to Carmel and are now back in Santa Rosa on our way back north.

Angelo's European Specialty has kept my cars in like new condition for over 15 years. Angelo is a master diagnostician and master mechanic who maintains and fixes cars correctly. He always has time to answer questions and is reasonably priced. His support staff are professional and courteous. I highly recommend Angelo's European Specialty.

Imagine, I'm cruising north on I5 in my Mini Cooper headed from Arizona to Washington when my electrical gives out. The engine dies but I manage to roll to an exit and grind to a stop just outside Redding CA. Fortunately, I find Angelo's with a quick Google search. I get towed there and explain my predicament. Angelo's is family owned and operated, and my situation seems to resonates with them. They take me right in, and quickly diagnose Alternator and give my a very reasonable quote. .Factory parts get ordered from nearby, and they jump right on my case when the parts arrive. All said and done, they came in $200 under estimate, and fixed a number of things for free. They know European (BMW) cars inside and out. I have never experienced such great care and attention at an auto service establishment as I did with Angelo's. Wonderful family.

Love and trust Angelo's European! I recommend them to everyone! I have 10 vehicles that I take here. You will see me driving all of them because FINALLY I have a mechanic that knows his business, charges fairly and ACTUALLY FIXES THE PROBLEM! THANK YOU ANGELO'S! Well its been over 2 years and tons of vehicles later, guess what, still a five star, absolutely would not go anywhere else, thanks Angelos, you all are AWESOME. Just wanted to update, 3 years later I am still a happy loyal customer 😊

Oh my goodness the lady answering the phones is just terrible. Horrible customer service. Definitely not bringing my $100k car to a business that can’t even speak possible customer correctly.

Great car repair place! They explained everything that was needed to fix my car and answered all questions I had. When picking up my car, they explained throughly what was done and showed me the worn motor mounts and the starter. Very professional and I appreciated them taking the time to explain everything to me. Even better my car runs so smooth now!! I will only take my car here from now on!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone who is tired of trying to work with the dealership. Very honest and knowledgeable, I had done a lot of my own research since I also work on cars, but if you're reading this you know: German cars are different. You will not regret taking your BMW to Angelo's.

Since I bought my Audi in 2012, Angeleo's has kept it running like a well-made fine machine--which is what it is. It still gets 30 mpg and doesn't leak oil although we've had to deal with ground-squirrel damage to the wiring and tubing to keep those from getting eaten up. I credit Angelo with my satisfaction and good service for all of this happy motoring. They are the best.

Great service so far! Staff genuinely eager to help and reduce the stress involved with car repair. Cannot wait to see how it all progresses. UPDATE: Oh my goodness, everything is fantastic! LOVE my 'new' fabulous car! EXCELLENT service, not enough positive adjectives to describe the shop, the service and the staff!

Worst shop in town I’ve gone to so many places and never had the most disrespect as I did on the phone and in person. They charged me $165 to break my light bulb and not replace it. Put it back together broken. Then hang up on me on the phone because I don’t know what I’m talking about. Don’t go here they will just take your money and half ass the job.

5 Star Service treated my car as if it was their own. Do not mistake this for the other Angelos this one is off Victor. Needed a full engine swap, needless to say I felt my life was over. They gave me affordability (given the circumstance) and quality service all in one which in this area honestly is hard to find. Most mechanics in the area I feel are more worried about making a buck than taking care of my car, Angelos is not that shop, my stress and anxiety of the situation was relieved with their openness and honesty about what options I had going forward. My car was ready much sooner than I expected, and I received a detailed list of everything that was done and things I may need to have done in the future. They don’t pressure you and they also don’t down play more serious issues, really a perfect example of how an auto repair shop should operate. I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else for even an oil change. If you have a bad experience here it was probably your own fault they are kind welcoming and honest what more could you want?
