Everyone seems nice at the Toyota Lithia store in Redding. However, I’m used to getting my services at Audi and they provide a little bit more TLC such as greeting you when you arrive and taking your info while you’re in the car and you feel like you have more of a one on one relationship with whomever is taking care of you Here, you stand behind the counter, waiting to talk to someone on the other side of the counter, which in itself is a bit unfriendly. No fault of the employees. It’s just how the store has decided to work with its customers.

I feel that Lithia is very service oriented and I appreciate Rich’s personable approach. He did accidentally over charge me and if. I had not mentioned it I would have over paid by 50 dollars. I would not have said anything if he had caught the error. Brakes have been squeaky. I had meant to call Rich about that I would appreciate a response about the noisy brakes. Thank you!

I've recently had the 5000 mile service, oil change, and tire rotation done. Everything was done timely and thoroughly. There was some difficulty getting the tires to balance but they persevered until it was right. Kudos for not giving up! My one complaint would be getting through on the phone by frequently having to leave voicemail messages and not getting a person to talk to.
