I love the service that I receive at Audi Ontario. My service advisor, Alex Wong, is excellent! He is so knowledgeable, professional, kind, with a great sense of humor! He is honest, patient, and knows so much about Audi! He will patiently explain any questions that I may have about my vehicle and will take the time to explain or show me how to adjust the settings. He will always try to accommodate my requests, and I have come to trust his judgment and advice over the years. I was traveling and over 350 miles from home when my check engine light came on. I called Audi Ontario and spoke with Diana Perez who offered me an appointment within 2 hours. Once at the dealers, Diana was very friendly and kept me apprised of the situation. She called Uber for me to spend time elsewhere. Luckily, there was not a problem with my car. I had an awesome experience at Audi Ontario and Diana Perez played a big part.

Been coming here for 3 years now. Purchased 3 Audi vehicles, great sales and finance team! My service was n my vehicle has also kept me coming back! Had a flat tire towards the end of the day and towed it in at 4:40pm. Life happens and I had to grab my son at daycare no later than 6pm. Rather than me taking a Lyft to get him, my Service advisor Diana Perez and the technician decided to get me in and out rather than wait until tomorrow morning. I set up an appointment with Service Advisor Ralph Perez to get my 2005 Audi Avant aligned and to address the check engine light, causing it not to pass smog. I was quoted $279.95 for the alignment and $288.35 to diagnose the check engine light issue. I received a text from Audi Ontario with a preliminary check of the vehicle along with a video from Jesus the Certified Technician overseeing my car. He provided detailed video and pictures of issues that needed to be addressed before an alignment could be performed. The check engine light issue needed a more involved tear down one the engine and that cost more to do. Although the estimates for the alignment repair and further diagnosis were way beyond the value of the car, Ralph Perez did not charge me for the preliminary check. Easy money for Audi Ontario but I’m glad he didn’t go that route. Ralph is a smart, friendly service advisor and is an asset to Audi Ontario. One dig I do have with the parent company, Walter’s Audi is that they quoted me $500 for an alignment there 😮.

Audi of Ontario has been my "go-to" dealership for the past six years. I have worked with other Audi dealers in the SoCal region, but Ontario is the absolute best!! Every time! I always work with the same salesperson, Raymundo Lopez, who always makes sure that my high standards for a car are met and surpassed. I am fortunate that I don't have to visit the service department often, usually just for routine maintenance and oil changes. I have worked with several service advisors and they have all been great. This time I got to work with Ralph Perez, who is top knotch in every way!! He greeted me, he listened to me, he addressed my questions and concerns and made sure that I was fully satisfied at the end of the visit. I spoke with Ralph to learn about him and his understanding of cars and I will say that he has a terrific level of knowledge about cars and how they operate. That is not always the case with service advisors. I would strongly recommend Audi of Ontario for all of your car needs. If you already have an Audi, it is worth the trip to Ontario. I live in Palm Springs and do not hesitate to take the car 70 miles to this dealer. If you are not yet lucky enough to drive an Audi, you are missing out! And Audi of Ontario is a great place to start that amazing journey! I am on my 5th Audi, not out of need, but out of want. I would not consider going anywhere else to fulfill my automotive needs than with Raymundo and Ralph at Audi of Ontario!!

Extremely poor communication, inconsistent diagnostics, and sloppy workmanship I had a very frustrating experience with this Audi service department, primarily due to horrible communication and inconsistent diagnostics. My car was kept from Wednesday to Saturday, and throughout that time I struggled to get even the most basic updates. Ralph Perez, who was in charge of my vehicle, was nearly impossible to reach. On Thursday alone, I called five times, left two voicemails, and repeatedly asked the front desk to reach him. I was constantly told he was “away from his desk.” I specifically requested a call back before closing, which never happened (I have all phone logs). On Friday morning, I called again and was told Ralph knew why I was calling and would contact me soon. Two and a half hours later, after almost 24 hours of silence, he finally called. At that point, he recommended swapping cylinders to rule out a misfire and quoted me ~$1,200, despite the fact that I had already told him at drop-off that the cylinder in question had just been replaced. He then said they had already billed 2 hours of labor, explaining they checked the coils and spark plugs—components I had also clearly stated were brand new. When I expressed frustration over being ignored for nearly a full day and asked to speak to a manager, he initially said he was the manager, then corrected himself and said he was the assistant manager. When I asked to speak to the actual manager, I was told it would be “really late” before I’d hear back. Only after I said I would drive down in person did Ralph suddenly offer to eat the cost of the 2 hours of labor and told me I could pick up the car. He said he would call me—but, unsurprisingly, he never did. Another full day passed with no communication. When I called right before closing, I was told there was an issue with the computer and that I was never notified my car was ready. When I finally got my car back, the paperwork stated that during those 2 hours they checked the coils—so why was I quoted $1,200 to do diagnostics that were supposedly already done? The paperwork also stated that carbon buildup cleaning was the next step and that I “declined.” That is completely inaccurate. Had Ralph communicated this on Thursday, I would have approved it. Instead, he kept changing the diagnosis and recommending work on items I had already told him were recently replaced. To make matters worse, after taking my car to another shop, they immediately asked who had worked on it last because there were misplaced screws, improperly routed cables, and a screw in the middle of the intake manifold! At that point, it became clear that not only was the communication unacceptable, but the workmanship was careless. I am documenting this experience for record-keeping purposes should legal advice be necessary. Between the constant change in diagnostics, lack of transparency, and total communication breakdown, I lost all confidence in this service department. After seeing the condition my car was returned in, I am relieved I took it elsewhere. I would strongly advise anyone considering service here to proceed with caution. Communication and accountability were severely lacking.

When I began to search for a preowned vehicle, I decided to go electric. I did a lot of research and loved the way the Etron looked and drove. I realized it was a luxury vehicle and one I deserved! I put a hefty down payment and purchased the extended warranty. As a single female, I valued Audi’s commitment to vetting their preowned vehicles. After four months, my Etron’s Vehicle maintenance light came on. And, It wasn’t your typical light it was the “stop your vehicle now” light. I was terrified at what it could mean financially. I took it in to my Ontario Audi and met Ramon Flores. Ramon was very patient and kind. He took the time to listen to my concerns, knowing that I had saved to buy this vehicle. He assured me that the service department would look into it. When I received the estimate to repair the vehicle, I was floored. I went to see Ramon and immediately Fell apart in front of him. He was very comforting, compassionate and patient with me and my friend whom I brought in with me, since I did not have a ride. Ramon did his best to get me a loaner vehicle In the next few days that followed. My car would be in the service department for at least a month! He was not sure my extended warranty would cover it however, he assured me he would do everything in his power to help me out After what seemed like weeks, a car was covered. I can’t say enough Ramon’s quality of Customer service. He is such an asset to Audi . His demeanor, Transparency and commitment to his customers is commendable. For him alone, I will stay with Audi.

I took my car to Audi Ontario for a misfire in cylinders 1 and 2. They kept it one day, cleared the code, charged me a diagnostic fee, and said it was likely bad gas or debris. I was told the issue was resolved and that if the check engine light came back within 3 months, I could return without paying another diagnostic fee. A week later, the same issue returned. I left the car there for a full week, and between both visits, it ended up taking over 21 days and the problem still wasn’t fixed. They then told me it might be a fuel injector, but wanted another $1,200 diagnostic fee. Adding the first fee I already paid to this second one would have been almost the cost of a brand-new injector. If a dealership can’t fully diagnose the issue the first time, they should clearly inform the customer that deeper testing might be needed and that the total cost could be higher. Charging upfront for a diagnosis without giving a clear plan is unfair, especially when they promised to waive fees if the light returned within 3 months. I ended up taking the car to another dealer, and they diagnosed and replaced the injector immediately. The check engine light finally turned off. What should have been resolved in less than a week ended up costing me over a month of wasted time. Very disappointing experience, poor communication, and a huge waste of time.

This place sucks. Christian Orms was our tech and he was not helpful. He was so rude. Zero soft skills and zero customer service: Nothing was wrong with our car except a light that their own software caused. So you have to come on to get the warning light off. Yes. A scam. They wouldn't refund the "diagnostic" fee. He proceeded to say I didn't understand anything about cars. There's been a lot of miscommunication. I didn't want to argue so we're left with a scam fee. We'll be asking for a charge back.
