Thank you so much to Luis and his team for fixing the a/c in my van! I always take my van to Auto Doc to get my oil changed and they always take care of me quickly with great service and a fair price. April in the office is so sweet and friendly! I dropped my van off and within a few hours they had it all fixed up for me. If I ever have any issues with my vehicle I trust that Auto Doc will find the problem quickly and take care of the issue at a fair price. I highly recommend!

They are amazing. Luis has been great, actually everyone there has been fantastic. They are honest, do great work, never try to oversell. My daughter was having an issue with her car, was told by another mechanic that she needed a whole new transmission, about $9000. I said no, let's take it to Luis and see what he says. He did a service for less than $300 and it's been running like a new car. Every time we've taken our cars to them they've been excellent. Highly recommend, I'm so glad to have a trustworthy mechanic!

As a grown man I kept my word. Out of respect and miscommunication I took my post down. That's is what Luis kindly asked me to do. We spoke and both had an understanding of his perspective and mine. After getting my car back and all of the reasons why my car was messed up, I took it like a man. I was given several reasons why my car was not performing right yet i fixed it all. So he said he would fix it in the beginning there was supposed to be no additional charges. But when I went to pick my car up Luis and the lady who works the register were not present. I received a $400 ticket but I did not complain even though my car was in the shop for 3 and half months. I paid it and while I paid it the real cashier watched on camera as she spoke to the cashier and said I owe 400 bucks which I was never informed of. I told the cashier to tell her thank you. Now my calls get forwarded..str8 facts

My opinion: This is a business that provides full vehicle service. Exceptional 10 star customer care and service. Will leave you feeling great instead of feeling like you been taken. LUIS should legally change his name because he is truly the "Auto Doc". He makes you feel like your talking to your Brother instead of to a technician. The owner Luis was promo to greet us and thanked us for our business. They had the equipment to thoroughly diagnose and show us the results right there. They gave us a price and we agreed to the repair. While they were repairing it; I shopped what they quoted me, the quote was quite a bit lower than other shops in the area. The car was repaired faster than we expected and the lady at the front Processed payment with a smile. We definitely will be back soon. We got a quote on new tires and alignment before leaving.

I had previously written a review but removed it not because it wasn’t accurate but because I want the right motive behind it. Maybe I did but I’m updating to keep details out and warn new customers to be careful about using small shops with limited space. My experience with this shop was not pleasant.
