When I brought my iphone X for repair, the fellow on the left (don't know his name) suggested it would be less expensive to buy a new one. He even searched online for the best price. In the end I decided to have mine repaired. New screen, front camera (who knew there were two!) and new battery. It's like new now. The parts may not be apple but they work and the fellows did a wonderful job - 5 stars!!

Your customer service employees at the desk that helped me were Spencer and Mark. Spencer helped me with check in and Mark helped me with check out. They both had all the info and knew exactly what they were doing as they helped the other customers as well as me. Really, really great employees. You are very lucky or have Jesus on your side to have these jewels. Plus they had what I needed in stock so praise God for that!

Richard is Awesome. He fixed my phone that I dropped 35ft in about 4ft of water, the phone was submerged for about 10min. It also bounced off a I beem and 6 inch well pump shattered the screen. Richard got the phone back up and running in a couple hours. THANK YOU Richard.

My Android phone wouldn’t stop talking to me and I dreaded hearing the inevitable: ‘You need a new phone.’ With my noisy phone in hand, I walked into Batteries Plus+. Luckily, the store was empty except for me and three gentlemen behind the counter — Richard, Joey, and Kevin. They immediately connected my phone to their specialty cords. Just like that, the chatter stopped and I heard the sweet sound of it charging again. Within minutes, they placed a $9.99 charging cord in my hand and my furrowed brow turned into a smile. They worked together to make sure I had exactly what I needed — no upsell, no swindle and no nonsense. I came in bracing for the worst and left with relief, gratitude and a spring in my step. I have a suggestion where you can put your lifetime watch batteries. Your associates are rude and disrespectful. I am not impressed with your associate’s aggressive behavior and disrespectful attitude toward a paid customer. I find it humorous that instead of returning my watch when I asked for it back, He chooses to ignore me and tells me to never return to the store. I even told him to put back the original dead battery and he chose to do the opposite. I don’t like being called a liar first and foremost…. I understand from speaking with the corporate office feels that you should refund me for both lifetime batteries. We will see if you will do the right thing??? I am doubtful. Don’t appreciate your associate’s poor behavior. Yes I will be following up with Corporate. Have a good week. Thanks again for the rude and disrespectful behavior……….

I called asking for a 24v 7ah battery for a power wheel. Lady on the phone assured me they had a 24v 7ah battery. I asked multiple times if she was sure she had 24v. And her respons was i have alot of them come in and we will match yours up. Dive 20miles to the store to be told they dont carry 24v batteries. Lady i talked to on the phone told me i asked for 12v which i did not and then went on to blame me for the mistake. Great service right blame the customer. Do not go here.

I went to Batteries Plus today and Richard helped me out. I’m not usually one to go out of my way to write reviews, but the customer service was exceptional. They were able to safely remove a charger that was stuck in the charging port of my iPad, which was a huge relief. On top of that, they told me about a great promotion on AA and AAA batteries — I saved money on a pack, and part of the purchase was donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. I love seeing local businesses not only provide great service but also give back to a great cause. Highly recommend! Also, shout out to Jessica. She’s always a pleasure to work with too.
