Experience was horrible. Went in to be told I had to go get cash to pay the fee for inspection. Then after returning to get inspection rep says my window is to dark. I’ve had my car since 2016 and was never told this until now…7 years later. Never coming here again.

Bob and his dad are always amazing. I really appreciate that they give me good options. Theyre honest and I trust them to take care of me and my vehicles. They'll even be transparent enough to let me know if itd be cheaper to just go to an auto parts store to get the part myself and they'll install it. I only go to them now. Just got the alternator and belt replaced on my truck. Brought it to them last night and they called me at 2p today to let me know it was done. Theyre so quick and efficient!

Installed new tie rods and figured that since I don't own a grease gun that they could hit the 2 zergs for me, at first he tried to refuse saying he was to busy, but I told him I would tip. It took 2 minutes and I gave him a $20 to break and told him to keep $5 and gimme the change, he handed me back $10... these guys are shiza they will definitely overcharge you and recommend unnecessary services save yourself some money and go somewhere with trustworthy mechanics.

the previous owner, Badder's garage sold his garage to these new owners. I had a belt tensioner replaced on my vehicle. A few weeks later i had to remove the belt to install a new power steering pump. As I started to look for the new tensioner to put a wrench to release the belt i noticed the bolt had been rounded. I had just paid for labor and parts to have it replaced. i took it back and they "had" to think about it??? the manager told me he had to figure out to believe me or that his mechanic had rounded the bolt on the tensioner. so after him thinking about it they replaced it with another new one. Going back the 2nd time, popped open the hood and inspected it and although it was much better the bolt still showed some indication of it worn on the edges where they almost started rounding the bolt on the tensioner again. obviously terrible mechanics... First of all i don't like being called a liar when the shop does crappy work and cant admit to it and has to "think" about it. i should have heard "yes sir we will get on it!" fast and simple. right? 7 months later the timing chain gasket begins to leak (common after high mileage on this older sport car, which I bought used at 217k miles) I took it to ALAMO HEIGHTS GARAGE to have the oil leak looked at. They confirmed it was the timing chain gasket (which is common after 50k miles on my car). As they removed the belt from the "new" tensioner previously installed, they call me up to say they tensioner was failing and was a faulty part. I had ALAMO HEIGHTS GARAGE replace it with a new quality one and my car is now back on the road included with the new gasket repair to stop the oil leak. a year later the car drives like new and the tensioner is still in place and working 100%. i do not recommend this shop anymore with its new owners. they say you get what you pay for. well they kept my $300+ obviously.... that's how you legally steal money from customers these days...

Pulled up to check this place out and the vibe was bad from the jump. The owner was arguing with his credit card processor on the phone and the lady at the front literally waved me off like I wasn’t even worth a ‘hello.’ Super disrespectful energy. If this is how they treat people walking in, I can only imagine the rest. They definitely need better customer service — and honestly a better payment system too.
