Took my Nissan Altima for a 2nd opinion to inspect a lower control arm and engine mount that another repair shop was telling me had to be replaced. Bill's automotive inspected the car and informed me that everything looked good and nothing was wrong with the suspension or engine mounts. Saved me a big repair bill and charged me nothing for looking at the vehicle. Wow, an honest repair shop and I will be a customer for life. The service was excellent! The mechanic working on my vehicle was cool. He was very paitent answering any questions i had as he looked things over. While he was inspecting the van he figured out the issue i was having was caused by something different than we originally thought. The fix cost me hundreds less than what we came in to have done. Their honesty , integrity and quality of service has earned both my trust and my repeat buisness! I would highly reccomend this place if you need work done.

The honesty, fair prices, and respect mentioned in other reviews are so right. Been going here for 4 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. As for that Elvis guy who was the only one not to give Bill's 5 stars -- he must have left the building -- there is no such thing as a "super tiny leak" in a radiator that isn't a major red flag. Kind of like a super tiny leak in a dam above your house. Don't you love it when people write reviews for somebody else's job?

I brought a "new" (2015) car here that I had just bought because a check engine light came on. These guys went above and beyond to check out this car! They could have passed this off as "what the AutoZone" scanner said (no offense to AutoZone) but they didn't. They did so much more for me. I'm forever grateful to them and this is my new place! We've gone to Bills Automotive for about 6 years. They've worked on ALL our vehicles. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Mark is a Christian guy and is totally honest about the work that needs to be done. He doesn't over charge and has the cheapest prices in Holland. I'll return for as long as they're around. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars 💯💯

Spoke with Mark this morning about issues with my girlfriends breaks. I explained how I would be left without a vehicle until this one was repaired because I had lent my car out while hers was fixed. He got me in immediately and even offered me a lift home so I didnt have to walk in the rain! Figured out there was more problems going on than I had originally suspected but found used parts the same day and saved me about $600 in the process. Great guy who understands the quality of great customer service. Easy 5/5 stars. Highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Mark and the mechanics there are top notch. I don’t post a lot of reviews but when people go well beyond expectations, good or bad I have to post. Had them do some work on a couple of my cars and did excellent work. This last time deserves recognition. They replaced my alternator on my Lexus in January. A few months later my battery light came on and by late July, early August, it was not drivable. Called Mark on a Friday and he said if you can get in on Monday morning they will take care of it. True to his word, a couple hours later they found a bad connection. Asking if it was covered by any kind of warranty he said of course, picked up the car, thanked him and his response was “when your in the people business, you have to take care of people.” Mark and his crew are a solid bunch and do solid work. Only place I will let touch my cars.

Had a turbo leak on a Chevy Sonic repaired nearly a year ago. I waited a while before posting a review to see if the repair would hold up. It's still running like the day it was repaired. Prices were fair and repair was on time. I initially thought it was a catalytic convertor issue, but they were honest about the real problem saving me money on unnecessary repairs. 2nd trip for a p308 code GM 6.0. Thought I would save some money and tune it up. I stripped the threads a tad enough so the plug wouldn't fully seat. Brought her in and prayed for a miracle. The guys made the miracle happen. They were able to clean up the threads and finish with a simple repair. They could've easily bilked the repair for more money, calling for the usual helicoil but they didn't. The fact they didn't speaks volumes. Honesty exists at this shop.
