Received excellent service from Randy on my new M3. Randy was very professional and kept me updated on the claim progress with my insurance company, which was half the battle, and then on getting my car repaired. I had a lot of damage but the car is running and looking like new and I feel confident in the quality of the repair. I don't really feel there is another option in Dallas other than Classic if you want your BMW repaired properly.

Unfortunately my 2 week old X6 was involved in a collision, however Classic Collision has been amazing throughout the process so far. My advisor Larry Jackson has been communicating with me throughout the process of adjusting and repair. The repair on my car requires quite a bit of labor, but Larry and the manger David, gave me a tour of Tye facility, walked me through what needed to happens and have been providing photo updates to help me know where we are in the process. I feel like are truly taking care of me and my vehicle.

My 2014 5 series M Sport had external and internal damage from shattered sunroof while driving. I had a complex claim and interior and exterior repairs including glass removal, leather repair, paint and more. While it took longer than I would like Larry Jackson worked with my insurance firm to ensure that the quality of repair matched the condition my car was in prior to the accident. He was responsive, empathetic and made sure I was happy with the finished product. I own my BMW and wouldn't let anyone else work on it but Classic BMW Collision Center and appreciate Larry's help.

3.21.19 - Update to my original review. I just had a second visit to Class BMW Collision and worked again with Larry Jackson. What an exceptional invdividual! Took care of everything that was damaged in the rear end accident and a few other items and everything looked great. Again. I highly recommend them and especially Larry. Great experience here with my advisor Larry Jackson. A pleasure to deal with and the work done was beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend Classic BMW Collision for any of you BMW owners needing work done.

This was the first accident that I had been in and the entire process was very confusing for me. Bill Clarke did an amazing job of explaining everything and walking me though it. I had so many questions and he was so incredibly patient and professional. He was able to get my car fixed and updated me every moment of the way. I’m now 6 months out from when they repaired my car, and my car still works and looks like new. I am so happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend the BMW Collision Center to anyone needing their vehicle repaired.

Unfortunately I have had to get my car twice to Classic BMW Collision Dept on two different incidents but fortunately I have had a great experience with getting the repairs done most professionally by Derek and his team. Even while I lived in Plano, Derek has been generous enough to have the car picked up from Plano location to Richardson and always kept me posted on the updates of the insurance process and repair status. Needless to say, their work is exceptional. Kudos to the team and great work !

Car accidents are never a pleasant experience. And the aftermath of having to deal with Insurance companies and body shops are not something that one ever looks forward to. Rarely does a body shop get the body work done correctly and the paint job to match and blend in properly with the rest of the car. That is the part that you never have to worry about with Classic BMW. Unfortunately, our family has had their share of accidents but David Williams at Classic BMW Body Shop has always delivered my cars back to me in meticulous condition whenever they have had to work on it. He has a great staff that keeps you updated throughout the process, but more importantly has an experienced and unmatched crew in the body shop that knows how to get body work done right along with a fantastic paint job to match. I cannot say enough positive things about them. I am a very detailed person and if they are able to satisfy me, I promise, you will be more than happy with the level of service they provide you. I need to recognize Randy Smith, my service advisor as well. He was equally great to work with. Classic BMW is well represented by both of them.

David Williams at Classic BMW Collision Repair Center in Richardson is AMAZING! Great customer service is so hard to come by these day. My clear coat on my BMW was coming off on the bumpers. David had the bumpers painted and followed up with me daily on the progress of the car. I was thinking about trading the car in as it looked horrible. I will now when it’s time, buy another BMW because of David. Very professional and great follow up. I recommend David and his team if you need work done.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Classic BMW Collision, specifically Larry Jackson. Not only did he help me understand what to expect from the process of totaling my car, he truly had my best interest in mind. It is difficult to find someone you can trust in these situations and I will no doubt be returning to Classic BMW Collision and Larry should I need their help again in the future. The shop was extremely responsive, patient with my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of through this otherwise stressful event. I want to share my awesome recent experience with the Classic BMW Collision Center. Larry Jackson from the Center exceeded my expectation with replacing the cracked windshield on my 2013 328i Cab. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly with the service. Larry did a wonderful job in regularly communicating with me on the progress and made sure that the job was done right. Larry also provided great assistance with proper paperwork for my insurance claim. The price was also fair and reasonable for having your car repaired at a dealership with original parts. The Center also followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was fully satisfied. I am a very satisfied customer of Classic BMW Collision and would highly recommend this Center for all of your Collision Repair Work.

Randy Smith knows how to take care of his clients! I came in a couple weeks back with some driver's side damage to my 3 Series and it came out looking BRAND NEW. I cannot say how pleased I was with the entire experience and support staff at Classic BMW Collision. Responsive, dealt with insurance and treated me in a professional manner. My experience at Classic BMW's collision center was amazing! Peter Madsen and Derek Dickerson were instrumental in ensuring my needs were met and questions answered. My car was involved in a minor incident where an 18-wheeler launched a tie-down strap onto my car, damaging my bumper and fender. I took my car in to Classic BMW's Collision Center for an estimate and dropped it off for repairs a day later. When I got my car back, my entire front bumper and driver side fender looked as if they were brand new! I would not take my car anywhere else for collision or body repairs!

Never bring your BMW anywhere else. My X4 M40i was involved in a "little fender bender" with a lesser car that was totaled. Derek Dickerson was professional, courteous and communicated frequently as to the costs and status of then repairs. Over $25K in front end repairs and the car is as good as new.

Larry Jackson and David Williams at Classic BMW collision are second to none when it comes to getting your BMW repaired after a wreck. I had my 2019 M4 for a whole 3 weeks when I was hit on the side. Knowing how high tech and complicated German engineering is, there was no other place that came to mind when it came time to decide on a repair facility. Classic BMW's attention to detail, friendliness and communication are what will keep me coming back!
