Being down a work vehicle can be a pain for anyone, especially us as a small business. I was able to setup the initial diagnostic online and drop the vehicle off the night before. Ms. Sally, of Cottman, was very responsive and promptly reached out to me to set expectations. She made me aware of what I would be responsible for, and even went as far as to get us money back due to the Warranty’s mishap on my dedcutible. She kept me in the loop and was very very nice. They took our Van in on a Monday morning, recieved the Transmission on a Friday/Saturday, then had us back out working on Tuesday. Thanks to the enitre team at Cottman, and a very special thank you to Ms. Sally! Great customer service, and care, is a gem that we dont come across that often in the field. So, thanks for that!

Valerie is a life saver. I was notified that someone tried using my credit card at their location for some work. I called and let Valerie know that wasn't me as I live in a completely different state. She immediately refunded/canceled the charge and notified the local authorities. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and I couldn't be more grateful for her assistance. Honest and trustworthy shop. Will definitely be taking all my cars here from now on. Thought I was going to need a transmission but it turned out to be my torque converter. The shop could have easily sold me a transmission I didn't need. After the diagnosis it only took 2 days to complete the work. Quality work at affordable prices. Val was a pleasure to work with and she kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Cotmans put the wrong transmission fluid in my car and I had to have a dealership flush it out and put the correct transmission fluid in my car. When I wrote a letter to Mr. Barker, he did not want to take responsibility for what his tech had done. So I have nothing good to say about this company considering I brought my car back a second time to have them look at it because it was running rough. All they could say is nothing was wrong with it. I’m very happy that I took my car over to the dealership where the real professionals are. I’m really surprised to see all the positive feedback on here. They come off as being nice at first, but As soon as there’s any issues they turn. Will never return there. In fact, they might be hearing from me again.
