2 stars that COULD have been 5. (Sorry LONG STORY) Brought my 2019 Volvo XC40 here for repairs after a claim I filed to Geico. The experience could have easily been a 5/5 service however to be fair I am unhappy with the outcome of my repair so I am scoring them a 5. PROS: Start to finish the process was very easy. The staff were friendly, and the turn around time was extremely fast. The billing was handled by the body shop who dealt directly with Geico making the process very streamlined and easy. CONS: Upon picking up my car I am extremely unsatisfied. Why? you may ask. While the cosmetic repair looks great, this came at the cost of the body shop DISABILING ALL the Autonomous features! Let me explain. Without going into huge detail, my repair was for cosmetic damages to the passenger side mirror and dents to the passenger side of the SUV. I am learning after the fact, that In order to do the repair the sensors (managing features like Auto Pilot, Lane Assist, Blind Spot Detection, Lane Keeping, & Autonomous parking), needed to be unplugged. Due to this being unplugged the system required a re-calibaration and the upon attempting this, the calibration failed and the mechanic was unable to successfully do so. Why? The body shop says this is because of previous damage to the mirror on the DRIVER side, damange I reported at the time of estimate however was told by body shop this appeared to be from another incident. Now let me be clear, the damage to the driver side was VERY minor, and cosmetic, so I did not argue this case. It is also worth stating that at the time I dropped off the car BOTH mirrors on driver and passenger side were operating normally, and ALL of the autonomous features listed above were ACTIVE and able to be used. I was not informed that in order to do the repair these sensors would need to be unplugged which would disable them completely! I feel that it was the duty of the body shop to INFORM me of this before proceeding! Had I known this I would have proceeded differently! IMO, the repair is not complete. I have never been in another accident so any problem with the driver mirror must have been related to the same accident. Therefore IF this mirror needs to be repaired in order to restore functionality of ALL THE TECH upgrades that I love about my car; then I feel this repair should also be included. Also reached out to my Geico adjuster who agrees the body shop should have communicated that they would be disabling the features, but offered no solution other than for me to pay out of pocket. =(

Personally, my experience was great! My car was side swiped and I was anxious about the repair process. Dana was great at making sure I would be taken care of. The service I received was amazing and it didn’t take them long to repair the damages. My car came out looking better than before. Also, once I picked up my car I noticed they had cleaned out the exterior and interior. I had planned on cleaning it once I picked it up but, didn’t have too! Overall service was amazing!

Horrible customer service. Took about a week and 3 separate phone calls to get my estimate emailed to me. doesn't return voice mails and will not take money from "out of network" insurance companies when other CC locations take then same insurance. If you want to get paid then take the money its a simple concept. why not have the same issuance companies taken across all locations ? this doesn't make any sense from a outside perspective since I am "not in the industry so I just wouldn't understand" - Gloria (possibly the manager who has poor customer service skills)

4 week repair take took 3 months to complete. Then, 5 months after picking up my vehicle and paying for the repairs, they demand a new payment because they didn’t correctly coordinate with the insurance company. When I questioned why it was not properly handled and how it took them so long to figure it out, I was hit with a curt retort about how it’s not their fault. Now, out of the blue I have a huge past due payment and when I asked for time to pay it - the response was “No” - no sympathy, no apologies for mishandling the situation. Nothing but blame and urgency to correct their mistake.

Extremely unprofessional — I do not recommend Crash Champions. I had a damage assessment appointment, and after waiting longer than expected, they told me the report would be ready in 15 minutes. Since I had to leave, I asked them to email it to me and my insurance company. They agreed it would be sent out that same day. Two days later — still nothing. I followed up, and they said they had forgotten and would “work on it now.” Another full week passed, and still no report. I called again, and someone named Cindy answered the phone with a bad attitude, telling me they were “busy” but would send it out that day. Now, yet another week has passed, and I still haven’t received anything. If a shop can’t even deliver a simple estimate after multiple promises and follow-ups, how can I possibly trust them to fix my car? This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Avoid this place.

Took my car here after getting t-boned by a truck backing up. The repair process has been frustrating with multiple trips to the shop. If you value your time, there's other options. Pros: The external body work was done well. They also vacuumed and cleaned the upholstery, that was nice. Cons: Before we dropped off our car, the battery worked fine. When we picked it up, it couldn't hold a charge and needed to be replaced. The rep said they added water to the battery because it was old and it needed servicing. I didn't authorize them to do this work. The automatic window now rolls up, then rolls back down. Our service tech told us that we should just hold down the up button on the window to close it. A quick Google search shows that this is an uncalibrated window regulator. Why couldn't they just, you know, calibrate it? There's a couple of deep gashes on the dashboard that weren't there before. Bits of grease all over the cabin. I'm going to give them a chance to make things right -- but you shouldn't need to go back to make sure someone did the job they were supposed to do in the first place. --- Update: The shop has been working with me to fix the issues -- the cupholder was replaced, the grease was cleaned up, and they're paying for my car to be fixed at a local dealer. But it's taking time and effort to get these things resolved. I've got to take time off from work to drop off my car at different places, I've got to wait while the car gets worked on, and it's just been a headache. It's not too much to ask to have things working right when a shop hands you back your keys.

I had an awful experience at this shop. Before even seeing my car, the woman at the front desk immediately quoted me $6,000 for repairs. She hadn’t inspected the vehicle, asked meaningful questions, or done anything to justify that number. My car isn’t even worth $6,000. When I asked if I should bring the car in so they could actually look at it, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and lazy. She acted like she didn’t care at all and honestly didn’t even seem ready or interested in doing her job. No professionalism, no proper diagnosis, no customer service—just a random inflated price thrown out with a bad attitude. I felt completely unwelcome and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest or serious car repair

David and the team did amazing with communication and got my 2020 Infiniti Q50 looking just as good as it was prior to the accident, after going through so much a really tough time when battling that situation over insurance and what not with the other party. Upon heading over there I had my doubts at first just like working with any new body shop that has your baby in it, but all of that was immediately diminished with constant amazing feedback and updates being done with the vehicle and the look of it being back to OEM. Hats off to the sweet front desk & Davis along with the shop workers that worked on the vehicle! Amazing Job Will highly recommend this shop if anyone I know gets into an accident lord forbid that doesn’t happen though.
