Horrible Experience, called and then came in and dropped my Bike off. Soon after they called me and said they were busy and would take two weeks to look at it.. Why they didn't mention that on the phone or when dropped off was beyond me. I was also quoted $79 an hour on the phone, and then later on when they called to tell me the bike was done, they said it was 90$ an hour. I told them I was quoted 79 an hour and after some hassle with the guy they changed it back. from then on I received very rude and demeaning service. Never taking my bike there again

I love working on my own bike but when I don’t have time or it’s over my head I have no hesitation taking it here. Great work. Great people. This place is awesome.

Bought a 3 wheeler that needed lot of little things. Did some work myself (no experience at all on 3 wheelers but seemed easy enough) and finally got it running. Called Cypress told them has a Chinese carb but its not running smooth and that the cam on the butterfly was fluttering open/closed a little bit and asked before i load on a trailer and drive 45 minutes to them can they work on them and because has Chinese carb will they be able to rebuild or swap the carb out without blaming the carb for the issues and tell me that cant repair it and wasting my time? They assured me they would repair it with no problems and that they are the best mechs on 3 wheelers in SW Fl (more than extremely confident). Even mentioned the mech collected 3 wheelers. Brought down told them there are brake issues and other small things but just want them to focus on the carb / tune up and depending on how it goes, probably will have them do other repairs also. told me will take few days. After 2 weeks -went by, i stopped in. They said it was done. then started to tell me about other issues other than carb. I was only concerned with bike running smooth and the carb and nothing else as i already looked the other things over previously.. mech had my throttle assembly pulled apart (which had been working fine previously but could have used some oil on the cable) he said when the cover is on throttle body it gets stuck. the cover was off and the throttle was jammed/locked up. (so seemed obvious if the cover was at fault there was also something else going on ) he said needs new throttle. I also noticed the carb that they were supposed to go through (the main reason bike was there) was now leaking gas at the bowl gasket. They said "it is what it is". then when i mentioned it a 2nd time they said they can pull the carb, replace the gasket and charge me again? Seems the only reason carb was a little rough from the start was an air leak(at least what they said). I asked about the carb cam fluttering and they said," it is what it is". So apparently they are blaming the Chinese carb for the now New gas leak and the fluttering cam. (which they said from the get-go they would not say.)The carb was not leaking before bringing it down to the shop. I asked the mech "isn't it standard practice to change the bowl gasket when pulling apart a carb"? he said no, which i know is not true especially when the customer asks to "rebuild the carb" or swap it out. Other than horrible service the guys were nice but I was looking for honesty and great service but unfortunately I paid my $177 bill (to fix an air leak between carb and head) and I left. If my experience was good, I would have had them re-do front and rear brakes, install new levers, install a new tire and chain. BTW- a week later, I bought a new throttle because they said i needed one, when i went to install it, i quickly found it wasn't the throttle like the mech said, it was the cable getting caught up in the carb (that they were supposed to rebuild but didn't). Throttle is smooth as glass now. p.s.- My seat had some tears in it (blatantly obvious) seems they left my bike out in the rain for 2 weeks in the yard as my seat was now water logged. Like they say, if you want it done right, do it yourself, even if you have no experience but some mech skills and tools. Unfortunately wont be going back to the professionals.

I have been a customer of Cypress Cycle for over 30 years. I perform a majority of my own maintenance and have called asking DIY questions and have never been left clueless or without a solution to get the job done. The staff is patient and courteous and a lot better than dealing with PowerSports or any other "big Monopoly" repair shop that just wants another $buck$. Prices are competitive/understandable and usually available on site. You can order parts from ebay... but when you end up with wrong part, junk, or need to get your machine ready for a ride NO ONE compares. Support your small business owners who care. They don't have the luxury of being a franchise. Thank you- Jon E. USMC retired

Really wasn’t expecting such nice people to be running such a badass shop. They both were patient with me, answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed, or pressured. A lot of their prices on items are actually lower than what I would have paid for the same parts on amazon prime. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Poor service, details were missed. On top of that the owner was a total jerk about it. Sad thing is a lot of service people (I'm a service person) are not service minded. I had electrical issues, turned out to be something they went right over top of, it should have been obvious, it was obvious to me when I looked at it and I'm barely a backyard mechanic. Made me think they ripped me off on purpose. I ended up fixing the issue myself with a chilton's manual and an ebay account for less than a 5th of what they had already charged me (over a grand), learning lesson for me. I Don't recommend bringing them anything complicated. I should note this service was performed more than a year ago, hopefully things have improved.

Always friendly people to deal with at Cypress. If you need helmets for the young ones, its the law under 16 and just smart over that go see them to be properly fitted. Purchased many full faced helmets for my kids as they grew up and they still wear helmets to this day. It's the only place I get my ATVs serviced

They are so nice! Very helpful when I want to order parts. Their storefront is small but has the basic stuff - oil, lubricants, cable luber, tire irons, basic accessories, etc. They never try to extract money from me and even warn me against ordering something that is too expensive - like the OEM key cylinder that was $130 from Yamaha and $30 on ebay. I buy most of my parts from them, prices are reasonable. I've never had service done there (except for tires) but that's becuase I do all my own service.

Very good off road motorcycle shop. I have had both my old 2 stroke and 4 stroke motors rebuilt here with tons of use and abuse everything is solid zero complaints years of going here they have never done me wrong by any means, they stand behind the bikes they build and always answer my countless questions about other bike builds, Thank you Terry and Nora for a excellent shop.

Always Friendly & Great to deal with, Never had a problem so far. Some things my be a little more expensive but by the time you add in the hassle & shipping from ordering from some unknown or trying to deal with the parts dummys at local dealer off naples blvd, I'll save the aggravation and keep going to cypress cycle.

Needed my back DRZ tire spokes tightened and the wheel balanced/true. A week after I dropped it off I called for an update. The gentleman of the phone essentially told me they forgot about it. When I picked it up and went home to install and ride, the tire was so badly unbalanced and untrue that the bike was dangerous to ride. The back end was all over the place. I took it back and told whom I assume was the owner told me he would get it fixed. Got a call telling me that the spokes were seized and it couldn't get any better. Went to pick it up and asked to see it on a truing stand. the wheel was still WAY out of spec and the only reply from them was "Id ride it like that" and I've ridden worse". When I asked if they could fix it, they pretty much told me they wont because its "annoying" to re-lace the wheel. I took the back wheel to a dealership near me and was told the rim was bent and the hub was dangerously worn. This shop either didn't notice or didn't care to say anything. If you CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE DONT COME TO THIS SHOP.

Went shopping for some ATV handle bars. I wasn’t too knowledgeable on what I needed for my raptor 700. Lady at front desk was very helpful, she pulled out the book. Checked dimensions and Explained to me my original dimensions and showed me my options. Very generous, informative and knew exactly what I needed. Lots of parts, fluids, helmets, tires, at good cost. place has everything....

Terry did a amazing job on my 86 Honda 350x 3 wheeler. I found this bike in the worst condition and restored it myself then had Cypress cycle go thru everything I did and check it out and do other adjustments. This bike starts first kick and goes strong all day long. Great work guys

Super down to earth people, very friendly and informative. Nora I believe was her name went out of her way to track my carb kit to see if they would be able to finish it by the weekend for me, which they did. I did think it was a little expensive for labor but with the rising cost of living today I can understand that. It’s a 50 minute drive from my house but I’ll gladly make the drive should I need anything else from them.
