Having trouble getting through the smog check? Luckily, I found Doctor Auto and went there to help me pass. Ed got me through the test quickly and even smog checked my car for me! I had a couple of other minor things that needed fixing and Ed treated me--an older woman—with kindness and sincerity, explaining costs and allowing me to choose which things were most urgent and which could wait until I could afford to do them. I just wish I had gone there instead of Ted Wiens when I needed my AC fixed. Doctor Auto would have done it for less than half the price I paid at Ted Wiens. I highly recommend Doctor Auto! This is the way to do business! As Arnold would say, "I'll be back!"

Not that I want more competition for service, but this shop is now my go to. Polite, knowledgable and fast. While not open on the weekends, they strive to get everything out before the end of day Friday. No longer will I have to wait for the tech to get around to it.... They have detailed reports of the issues of my vehicle and walk through the steps to fix them. Grateful there are shops that are honest, and fair both in the service, and price. You just don't see that anymore. They are now my Go to for my Ford's repair.

I’ve been coming here for years, and the service is always amazing! The team is polite, friendly, and incredibly quick. Joshua, the auto technician, goes above and beyond to take care of my 2020 Nissan Kicks. I brought my bike in almost a year ago the staff was very friendly upon dropping the bike off however it has been almost a year and I still haven’t gotten my bike out of their shop I have called multiple times for updates but always get given excuses I’m starting to get very frustrated and angry as I have missed out on a year worth for ridding with friends and family i understand that things take time but almost a year is unacceptable I just wish they would make this right

Coupon for $19.99. Good for 90 days. Guy said price went up to $21 in the last month. Not cool but Fine. I paid $18.99 plus $7. Inaccurate pricing and false advertising. Dmv system was down. I'll just go somewhere else next time.

I went to this place to get a smoke check, and as part of the promotion, they gave me a green ticket for a free car wash. However, when I returned a month later to redeem the service, they didn’t have time to help me, and the staff were rude and uncooperative. I was very disappointed by the service and the lack of customer care. I do not recommend this place due to their poor customer treatment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars for Mr. Ed! I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for Mr. Ed! My son’s car was stuck in that frustrating limbo where the readiness monitors still weren’t set, so it couldn’t pass smog — even after repairs. The registration renewal date had already passed, and our moving permit was about to expire in just two days. Then came Mr. Ed, reminding me so much of my Uncle Ed — full of positivity, honesty, and that good old-fashioned truthfulness you just don’t find often anymore. He gave me assurance, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to get things right. Long story short — the car passed, the smog got done, and the stress lifted! Ed and the team at Doctor Auto are the best in the business. I take both my cars there knowing that I’m getting the best service without fear that they will take advantage of me as a customer with little automotive knowledge. Recently I had what I thought was a little oil leak whiz turned out to be a bigger job than expected. The auto report includes pictures and description which help me understand the issues with visual aids so that I can trust what they are saying is accurate. Once we agreed to the oil fix among the other repairs thy noticed another leak which called for another part to replaced. Ed called me to let me know there was another issue which was causing a leak and he graciously offered to not charge me for the labor, only the cost of the part itself. It was that kind gesture that gave me peace of mind knowing that they weren’t just adding on services to drive the price up. After I picked up my truck I noticed that my other car was flashing for service so instead of delaying the inevitable I brought it in for service the following week without and appt and he was able to work it out which ended up being a simple fix when I was dreading something worse. I am so thankful to Ed and every person at this location for taking tremendous care of my cars, I will always trust in them

Referred by family. Have service here for many years. Greeted by Ed. Bought used car. Requests a courtesy check. Initially mentioned adding coolant often. Ed called gave issues with pictures that provide proof of problems. Ok to fixed issues. Promised as delivered even when store was close. His mechanics and Ed stayed late. Did a test drive to Cali and back. We are so please with it's performance for a 2002 Acura. Great great customer and mechanic skills. Plus he provided a military discount to us bringing cost down. For someone who does not know much about vehicle repairs, the task to find the right shop that isn't going to screw you over can be overwhelmingly daunting. I am extremely blessed to have come across Ed and his team at Doctor Auto. The scheduling to be seen at a moments notice has been superb. Ed treats everyone like family and YES the hit on the pocket surprises me everytime that it always prompts me to say to Ed, are you sure thats the cost? Seriously? I always leave there feeling like I didn't pay them enough for what was done. I have an 11 year old Dodge Ram that I've been taking to Ted Weins (under new mgmt) faithfully prior to moving over to Doctor Auto. Because its my main form of transportation, I try to get the best in parts and services for it. Everything that I have had done at Doctor Auto so far has been at a fraction of the cost of what I was paying before. I am also not just saving money but saving on my time too. Ed, the manager, and the mechanic who worked on my Durango, are it! Doctor Auto is full on customer-based and they clearly want to make sure you tell everyone about them and come back. I am so grateful for them. I felt heard and understood, and as a woman, that means a lot, especially at an auto repair shop. Ed did not try and take advantage or rip me off, he did not rush me off the phone, he was thorough and explained everything and also quoted price (which was affordable) even before I had my vehicle towed there. Do not come here. Under new management & they don’t prioritize customer service anymore. They cancelled my appointment that I waited for, for 3 days & didn’t tell me anything until I got to my appointment. They just looked at me and said oh welll I guess you’re out of luck. Didn’t offer me any solutions other than to take up more of my time. This place used to be top of the line. Now it’s ran by a bunch of bozos.
