Great experience fixing some minor damage to the side of my car! Hassan was fantastic to work with. Pros: COST - The estimate came in less than half of what I'd been quoted elsewhere. QUALITY - My car looks great! COMMUNICATION - Hassan communicated via text and phone about setting up the estimate, dropping it off, and picking it up. He even responded during off hours! FLEXIBILITY - They fixed my car when it worked for me (while I was away and didn't need it). I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks, Hassan!

Fine Line Auto Body was phenomenal. Hassan was wonderful to deal with and the work performed was superior. I made an error when scheduling vehicle drop off and needed my car sooner than I initially stated. Hassan told me not to worry and turned my car around in under 48 hours. The car looks great!

What a pleasant experience. I had some scratches / paint chips on my car and found this place online- I decided to give them a try and I’m so happy I did- their staff is so nice and they have a super quick turnaround time. The quality of work is outstanding, it’s like a brand new paint job! They are also very affordable, I couldn’t recommend them enough!

The reviews are correct! Great service, Work done on car was done on schedule and they did a great job. Even saved me a few $$ on items that didn't need to be replaced stated in insurance claim. A nice extra detail - they washed the car and vacuumed as well. HIGHLY rate this business. I RARELY write reviews.

Wonderful body shop! The owner is a master of car restoration, with great communication skills (initial estimate and with progress updates), and skill in delivering customer satisfaction. I bought a low-mile 2009 Honda Civic that had very significant paint damage (there was a recall on this model for defective paint, but the paint on this car didn't fail during the period of the recall). I visited 2 other body shops for estimates, all were reasonable offers, but Fine Line Auto Body won my confidence when Hassan went into great detail about each step he would perform to restore the car (sand it down to the metal, apply enough coats of paint to match the existing paint, apply coats of clear sealant once the paint cured). He went over this twice: initially and later when I came back for a final review of pricing. He also took care of several dings. The scope of the work was the hood, roof, and driver's side (almost all). When I picked it up, the colors were a perfect match and seamlessly blended with the original paint - no bubbles, no seams, no variation. It looked like a brand new car. I highly recommend Fine Line, and I will definitely use them again on the future.

Excellent work and customer service at Fine Line Auto. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in with sun/weather damage on top of the hood, also with faded bumpers/fenders all around. When I returned to pick up my Jeep i was so happy to see it look like new again! He also did additional detailed work at no extra charge. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! There were a few bumps and bruises on my Honda civic and I found this place on Google Maps. From the beginning Bobby was straightforward, fair and very reasonable. The pricing he gave was very reasonable and I know because I got competing quotes too. I just picked up my car today and it is absolutely flawless, I wish i had before and after pictures. My car has a unique blue color and he told me how hard he worked to match the paint on my car. What's more, he took care of a few additional touch ups too. If you've got bodywork on your car, show this place some love and you would not regret it! Fine Line is amazing!

I am so pleased to post my review of my experience with Fine Line Auto Body. From the initial phone call to the end, the owner was pleasant, professional and efficient. He explained every aspect of the repair and worked with my insurance company on my behalf. He was always respectful of my time and even drove me to Enterprise to avoid me waiting! My repair was done sooner than promised and the work was flawless. I would unequivocally recommend entrusting your luxury vehicle (mine is a Tesla) to Fine Line for repairs.

One year old Acura got its first scrape when the low hanging front bumper collided with a boulder defining the edge of a residential parking spot. Drew and Nick at Fine Line Auto Body on Olentangy in Columbus made the scrapes disappear for half the price of a shop recommended by the Dealership. Excellent job, well priced, ready when promised, and nice folks to deal with. What more could we ask for?
