This Firestone and their employees were life savers for me and my family! My truck broke down in the mountains while towing our rv. We had to get towed 85 miles to an rv resort and wait until the weekend was over to get our truck repaired. I spoke with a gentleman on Sunday who said they would be able to replace the fuel pump on Monday. Monday morning, I spoke with the manager Kat and she called the dealership and got the oem pump and gasket within a few hours. I had my truck towed to them in the morning and by the end of the day it was ready to go. The other employees were also friendly. We were able to get the truck back and continue with our planned vacation the next day. Being stranded with my family and not knowing how long it would take to be fixed was stressful but this Firestone and their employees pulled through for my family and I'm extremely grateful for the quick and professional service.

Today marked my second visit to this location, Broadway Chula Vista, and I am impressed once again! My first visit was for tire replacement due to wear and tear, as well as a nail puncture. And while we are on it let’s replace the worn out break pads. The second visit was for an oil change. Both times, I received exceptional service and was treated like a VIP.
