I’m writing a review here to educate others about this business. We rely on each other’s honest opinions of businesses, especially automobile services.. especially if you’re a young woman who doesn’t know any better and could possibly be taken advantage of right?? That’s the cultural belief anyway. Well, if you’re reading reviews to try to make an educated guess, just like I did before I chose New Look - you’ve found the right people. Give them a call, get a free estimate and just meet them and see for yourself. The team at New Look (now Gerber) is exceptional. And I don’t say that lightly. Truly everything, in every area was exceptional. From the customer service (which I can hardly call costumer service, bc it was more like how we all wish our fellow humans would treat one another, like family), to the price, to the workmanship, Work ethic, the efficiency, convenience... it was all 5 stars hands down! Rosie and Allen above all else, their kindness was so appreciated. They didn’t treat me like a random off the street, just the next costumer - they treated me with kindness and respect and they listened. And I also wanted to mention, I think I read about every single review on here and there was only one review that was less than 5 stars. If you’re like me, and you see that and get a little worried, I invite you to do what I did - go into his profile and read his other reviews so that you can get a feel for the type of perspective this person has on life. We live in Southern Colorado. When we hit a deer with orr car, it had to be repaired by a certified Tesla auto shop, hence the need to transport vehicle to Phoenix. Our insurance help was quite a nightmare, almost nonexistent. But once we contacted New Look Collision, they helped smooth things out, and basically had to run interference with our insurance people. They kept everything on track and the car was repaired to perfection. Their communication with us was impeccable. We will certainly be changing insurance companies, but for any repairs on vehicles, I would use no other than New Look Collision in Scottsdale.

I am from New Mexico and was in Scottsdale for a long weekend vacation when a door trim panel fell off my 2002 Infinity QX-4 in a Costco car wash. I called on a Saturday very close to closing time and Sierra in the front office told me to bring my car over and they would look at it. Russ McCannon, Body Shop Manager, not only looked at it but installed new double-edge tape to secure the panel to the door body. I could not believe the customer delight that I experienced with Sierra and Russ just prior to closing! This company and these wonderful people really made my day and entire weekend. They truly deserve your business too!!

Second time here with my new M5. These guys do incredible work, and they are highly competitive on pricing. These guys are also exceptionally honest! Ordered in an expensive part as a precaution (we weren't sure how extensive the damage was), and let me know that part was not needed and I was not charged. Overall great experience. I would recommend to friends and family. Had to get a front bumper repaired for my 2023 Toyota Camry. I was provided 2 estimates: one price for replacing the bumper and another price for repairing it. I asked how long the repair would take and it was accurate. Made it easy for me to arrange for a rental car on my own. The team was easy to work with and answered all my questions. Angel Dominguez provided the estimate on site. I worked with Carolina Hernandez to schedule a day to bring in my car for the repairs.
