Statefarm said this is the closest certified "in-network" shop for an estimate. One week to wait for an appointment... ok... another week after - no estimate, because.... the person who does estimates... took a few days off! They don't care that your car is broken, your insurance claim is on hold.

So my insurance said i needed to take my vehicle to this location for an estimate. That's fine I understand that. But it took over a week and 2 phone calls before they finally sent the estimate to my insurance company. Ok sure not a huge deal. But here is the part that is completely unacceptable. The estimate included used parts on my low miles 2021 truck. And they add a 25% markup on top. So be careful getting repairs done here because I guess they like to put used parts on vs new OEM. Look over your estimate closely.

A woman hit my car and caused damaged to two panels and my rim. The work Gerber did was amazing. You can't tell at all. They even shinned my car and it looks brand new. On top of it all they finished a week early. I would definitely go back. Also Luis at the front desk was amazing. Again highly recommend

Gerber did such a great job on my body work and paint! I had a whole backend that needed to be repaired and repainted. Looks brand new. They kept me updated regularly, they washed my car and they detailed it beautifully inside. I had an old sticker mess from a previous phone holder that they were able to remove! Not even part of the body work. I’m so grateful for them. They make up for the shoddy work other places do.

Went in to get an estimate on a repair for a fender bender. Price was reasonable, but they also gave tips on how to fix it first.

Luis and his team are absolutely wonderful! My car looked better than new when I got it back, and they were extremely efficient in completing the repairs. Unlike other repair shops I've used, the staff at Gerber did a wonderful job communicating with me throughout the process, keeping me up to date on timelines and any additional services needed. They were extremely professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. There were a couple small things that needed to be followed up on after I took my car home, and they let me bring it back and fixed it pro-bono! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repair, and will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you for your great work, guys!

I normally don't do reviews, and I only take them with a grain of salt when I read them, but this was frustrating and I would like to help someone avoid the same. I took my car to this shop and had an appointment for an estimate. The bumper was loose, but we held it up with some duct tape and it wasn't in danger of falling off. It's plastic, after all, and didn't require much. I showed up for my appointment and the technician said I had to leave the car because the bumper was loose. Also, they are working into it October to finish jobs. I expected the timeline, but didn't expect to leave the car. I'm a USAA member and figured they would do the estimate in a timely manner even though they couldn't start the work right away. ONE MONTH later USAA still hasn't received the estimate. When I called the shop they said they had ordered parts even though they had not submitted the estimate. Needless to say I went to another FAMILY OWNED shop, got my estimate, made an appointment to bring my car back in a few months to start the work. These people don't seem organized so don't go to them.

Literally take your car anywhere else to get fixed. They could not care less about my situation and they keep giving me the run around. Every single time I talk with them, they are telling me something different. First, they say they’ve stripped down my entire car, and they’ll call before the day ends for an update, as it’s a big job and may need more than a day. No call. I call the next day and they say the labor will take til Tuesday. Tuesday comes around (almost an entire week later) and we call and they say they’ll call before close with an update. They never call, again. I call them today and again they say they need ANOTHER few days, very similarly to the first call, like they haven’t put work into my car at all. No apologies for not calling me back or just the utter abysmal communication to begin with. I very much believe they’re gonna botch putting my car back together, because it’s clearly evident they don’t care.

“This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The woman who answers the phone is extremely unprofessional and speaks to customers in a condescending manner. I received an estimate over two weeks ago, yet it still hasn’t been sent to my insurance company. I even called last week to follow up, and nothing was done. It feels like they try to pressure you into getting your car repaired there by withholding the estimate until the last minute. I would never recommend this place for work or even an estimate. Stay far away.”

Overall, I had a positive experience at this shop. Despite being incredibly busy, they made an effort to ensure my repairs felt like a priority. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The quality of work on my vehicle was excellent, which is ultimately the most important factor. I’m deducting one star due to a minor communication issue. On Friday, they called to tell me my vehicle was ready, but due to my own schedule, I couldn’t pick it up before they closed for the weekend. I was told it would be ready on Monday, and I could come by anytime. However, when I arrived Monday afternoon, I was informed the vehicle wouldn’t be ready for a few more hours as it still needed reassembly. This caused some inconvenience with my rental car return, which could have been avoided with clearer communication. Additionally, I was asked to give a 10 out of 10 rating on a survey, as anything less would affect someone's commission. As you can see from this review, I do not feel this particular experience deserves a perfect score, but I don't want anyone punished over it. Bottom line: Despite the small communication error, Gerber did an excellent job on my repair, and I do recommend them.

Can not be trusted. After my car repair completed and paid in FULL, Gerber came back and bill me again for an account/billing error they missed. Threaten creditor and legal action for there own quoting and billing mistake.

Had to go back for a small collision repair part that was nationally back ordered. They let me have my car back while we waited for the back ordered part. I really appreciated that since I had to borrow a car during initial repairs. Super easy to have it taken care of at may schedule convenience. Initial repair was excellent too, and I’m a pretty picky car guy. 10/10, would recommend.

I have been in a lot of pain to get my car fixed and get it quoted from the insurance company. Then Gerber Collision stepped in. Yesterday I got a call from Laura and she confirmed the appointment and made it easy and simple. I went in today and the Manager was really nice but had to step into a meeting. Andrew came right up and said let’s go look at the damages. He took a couple photos and printed out the quote and said have a great day! Both Laura and Andrew were sooooo kind and empathetic! In the next few weeks I’ll be going to get my car repaired and will let you all know how that goes too. All I can say is thank you 🙏🏽💝. It is so much stress off my back!

5 stars is not nearly enough for how far above and beyond this shop went for me. In particular, Andrew. My vehicle was a total loss. That in and of itself was devastating to me, because while physically “it’s just a vehicle”, emotionally it meant so much more. I bought my fully loaded and lifted 2016 Jeep Wrangler as not only a retirement gift for myself, but to start the next journey my soul dog Howard and I would embark on, after all, we’d now be together 24/7, in a new state, and so many possibilities. That adventure lasted 8 years. I lost my boy Howard in November of 2024. I haven’t been the same since, but at least I had memories and our Jeep. Now my Jeep was totaled and I had to remove everything from it. It felt like I was losing my dog all over again and now he and our Jeep were going to be gone. There were a couple items from the Jeep that were particularly difficult to remove. I brought tools, but I didn’t have the right ones and quite honestly I was having a hard time keeping it together. That’s when Andrew stepped up, tools in hand to help. He didn’t have to. That’s not something they typically do once a vehicle has been deemed totaled, but he did. He let his compassion guide him. I helped as much as I could, but Andrew really made the difference and before I knew it, we were done and everything that meant the most to me, that I could keep from our Jeep, was going home with me. This review hardly seems like enough for what Andrew did, but I hope that after someone reads it, they’ll feel like this shop is really the one who cares about what they’re going through.

I've only known Andrew for 12 minutes but it's clear that he knows everything about anything happening here - offered to take calls while he was working on my estimate to help people (not problematically just he was double tasking!!) I don't even have an estimate yet but I kind of trust Andrew with my car and my life?

Dealing with auto repairs, particularly following an accident is bound to be stressful, but Laura Riggs and Andrew (I'm sorry, I don't have a last name) have been so kind and helpful. They have helped to ease our way through this complicated, confusing, and time-consuming process. Our family appreciates the extra care they've given us.

Receptionist was very rude when I called. I asked her if their shop was dodge certified she went on to say they work on all vehicles. I then said well another gerber location stated they were specifically dodge certified on the insurance providers side and her shop was closer so I wanted to know if THEY were also specifically dodge certified. She then said she didnt appreciate that and repeated what she told me the first time and added the only certification they needed was for tesla and they dont work on tesla. I decided to go to the further one only due to the way she treated me on the phone. Very unprofessional.

I had my 2025 Kia Telluride repaired here after being rear-ended, and my vehicle was sent directly to this shop. They kept my car for over 20 days. When I picked it up, I left the lot and shortly after received a dashboard alert that my vehicle had no gas. The fuel gauge was at absolute zero, with dash marks instead of a fuel level. The shop never contacted me to let me know the vehicle was out of gas, nor did they add any fuel. This means my car was likely being moved and worked on while running on fumes, and I was sent off the lot in that condition. I ended up running out of gas and had to buy a gas can and fuel myself. Before leaving this review, I followed their request to call them first. I spoke with Andrew and explained what happened, giving them the opportunity to address or resolve the issue. He seemed shocked and stated that no one ever calls before leaving a negative review. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. After being without my vehicle for over 20 days, this was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would expect basic care and communication, especially when returning a customer’s vehicle.
