I will NEVER take my vehicle here again. This Friday will make a month that it's been there lacking 20 mins. They called and said my car was ready i go get it. I make it 15 miles and broke down again. I call to find out what's going on. I get put on hold and nobody don't come back to phone. No way to run a business!

Kearns if truly the best garage in Raleigh John took his time with my Cadillac went over it with a fine-tooth comb and the price was right he's an excellent mechanic I have known him for years and hurt his people speak of how great his work is but this is the first time I had to ever experienced it and truly he was a blessing but this man knows Cadillacs if you have a Cadillac in the City of Raleigh or surrounding area before I go to the dealership I go to Hearns

Very highly recommended! I’ve taken my DTS, my SLS, my Escalade and ATS to Hearne since college and I’m now 36. Stopped today for them to do breaks on my Alfa Romeo. I’ve never been over charged and Hearne actually fixed Thompson Cadillac’s messy work on my BCM, contacted my insurance company and made a supplemental claim. Great people and honest work!

These guys are great. Very personable, worked with me over the phone to figure out what my problem was, their services were very reasonably priced, and they even made a minor repair (that I had told them to just ignore because it was cosmetic) for free. I needed air in my tires and another vendor, across from Rebus works, gave me a hard time (not their first time). I came to the next closest venue and they were amazing. They have a tiny corner downtown and definitely make the most of their area. They were able to fit me in unexpectedly and courteously. Chatted with the tech while he was filling my tires and he was a very pleasant gentleman. Will definitely come back for any repairs needed. Thank you!!

My son has been trying to get his ac fixed in a 1998 Oldsmobile 88 for the longest but always ended in I think its this until today.
