Update: MY SECOND VISIT HERE I was about to go to a different place this time because of the negative reviews but took a chance as i had a good experience previously. So glad i made that choice. The lady that helped me was so professional. Being a woman, I am usually ready to be treated crappy by mechanics when i do truck business as i have had negative interactions in the past. My two times at this location have been so contrary to that. I was greeted again almost instantly as i pulled up. Got an oil change and tire rotation. Price was right. Absolutely no upselling. Very professional. I marked my tires prior to going in, so i know they were rotated. Checked after service and my oil is crystal clear and all fluids are topped off. Glad they didn't list the vacuum and windshield things any more cos I'm here for a oil change and not a truck detail. The price is very reasonable considering the Toyota dealer charged me $500 for just an oil change previously. They accepted my coupon and i left at under a buck and a half. So nice to find a business that has some pride in their reputation, which is becoming so rare these days. I highly recommend this location. I'm super ecstatic right now about how that whole thing went today!! My last review: I was greeted immediately upon arrival and my truck was taken into the bay. Within 45 minutes I was back at home. The employees are polite and extremely helpful, even apologizing for my wait when I didn't even have one! Prices are reasonable. No upselling. The waiting room was clean and well maintained. I was referred here by my son, and I would definitely recommend to others

Everyone at this location is amazing. Especially Steve! I’ve been taking my car there for years for various things. From oil changes, spark plugs, etc to complete A/C repair/replace, brakes everything! Everytime they are super nice, helpful, timely and always honest and upfront with everything they find. I HIGHLY recommend this location for anything your car needs!

In the past, I've enjoyed my experiences here. However, I'm a little irritated this time that the coupon I brought in was offset with a "non-tax" charge that was added to my bill. And then I get handed a book of coupons for "future use" and all I can wonder is "are these BS too"?

Updated Review: I decided to give this place a try again due to the proximity of its location to my house. TERRIBLE IDEA. Although Jess provided excellent customer service, my truck was damaged by the technician who performed my oil change. After declining the overpriced cabin air filter replacement, we ordered a K&N filter online. Once it arrived, we went to install it and found that the cabin air filter door cover and soft open mechanism for the glove box was destroyed. I should have learned after the last bad experience not to go back. I will NEVER take my truck here again and encourage everyone else to avoid this place, seriously. From 2024: I went there this morning for an oil change. I sat in my truck in the line, nobody came out. No big deal so I went to the office. A young man (asian?) came into the office, flew the door open and rudely asked "how can I help you!?" I said I need an oil change and he rudely asked what kind of oil and I said synthetic blend. He rushed out the door went to my truck, put the paper on the dash, and I never saw him again. He didn't ask if I was going to wait, didn't ask if I was dropping off, nothing. Clearly he was having a bad day so I walked out, got in my truck and left. Do not recommend. I went up the street to Pep Boys and was provided excellent customer service. Go there instead!

These guys are awesome. Stephen jumped right out to help me as soon as I pulled up. I was in a pinch and needed to get in and out fast to get to work. I needed my rear differential flushed and without hesitation they had me in and out in about 15 minutes. My jeep is my life and I don't hand the keys over to just anyone. 10 of 10 do recommend. Ask for Stephen he knows what he's doing! Thanks again guys!

UPDATE: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEY STRAIGHT LIE TO YOUR FACE. Well I just had my son check and fill my tires for me. Three hours ago this place claimed they checked and filled my tires and even put on my receipt that the psi was 35. Lies. After just having my son check ten minutes ago, the front tires were both at 28 and the back tires were at 29 and 30. So what do you guys do just type it in on the paper and say screw it? I was driving to California with my four small children tonight, maybe you should consider people's safety before overcharging for quick service and then lying about it. The fact that I asked two times for you guys to check this and to be told it was checked and that the tire pressure gauge would "reset" after ten miles is crazy. Oh gee looky there, my son filled the tires for me and the light went off immediately. Literally asked twice for them to check my tires. After I said the tire pressure light was still on they said it would go off after 10 miles. It's definitely still on.. didn't get a new sticker even though it says that was done and not sure why some of the things such as vacuuming floors were marked N/A on a 130 dollar oil change..now I'm questioning what was really done and what wasn't. I overpaid for the convenience and time crunch and was supposed to be driving to California tonight and can't until the morning now, so thanks.

They were fast and friendly. The receipt says they "attempted" to vacuum, I didn't have trash or anything on the floor so if they're not going to do it don't offer it. I literally just cleaned my mirrors yesterday and looks like they wiped a dirty rag over them. The air pressure is off on one tire. Will I try again, probably....

I went to this location to get an oil change on October 3rd. I wanted to use their 50% off coupon for my oil change. I was told I can use a synthetic blend along with a conventional blend mix to have the coupon redeemed. Ever since that day I have been hearing ticking sounds in my car and then on October 13th the sound got louder and louder and my car broke down. I called my mechanic and told him what happened. He came to me, checked out my car, and told me my bearings are messed up because they put the wrong oil in my car. They didn’t tell me that it would mess up my engine if I did the mix. If I would have known that I would not have had them do that. I looked up what kind of oil my car takes and found it only takes SAE 0W-20, they put 5W-20 Conventional oil in my car even though my car says it requires SAE 0W-20 oil. They should have known this since the oil cap says that is the only oil that should be used in my car. The oil was extremely dirty which I have pictures of. If they would have done a correct oil change my oil should not be dirty after 10 days. The owner called me after I made a complaint and said there isn’t anything he can do since I wanted to use the 50% off coupon which covered the wrong type of oil in my car. Had they told me that it wasn’t the right oil, and it would mess up my engine I would not have taken the offer. They said that it was fine. I had my mechanic on the line with me to explain what he found, and Matt Robinson responded and said, “I don’t have to talk to you you’re not the owner of the car” and hung up on us. He denied rectifying the problem and said there is not anything he will do. Now I am unable to drive my car and my car is my job. I am a driver. So not only am I without a properly running car, I am also unable to work because of this and the owner was not willing to listen to me or offer any fix to my issue. This is extremely unprofessional, and I will be taking all actions necessary to get my car fixed as this was NOT due to my negligence.

I definitely would not come back again a lot of sketchy people work here They told me my radiator. Cap was not holding pressure. I told them to show me they showed me All of a sudden, my radiator cap is holding pressure And the price just for a regular synthetic oil change for a Acura TL 100 !!!!!

I pulled up at about 820am today. Two bays open with cars. Technicians working on each. Yellow cones at the back of each car. I waited for a Technician to point or speak to me for 15 minutes. One guy In a red short sleeve shirt finally made eye contact and I pointed to the drive lanes with my left hand asking which do i pull into. He ignored my gesture. Now one would say. He never saw you. But thats not tru either. He left the front of his car and walked behind the car in bay 1. Into the building and looked my way. Another tall gentleman walked out of the building made eye contact and continued walking away. It was especially strange because I have never been to a jiffy lube that didn't greet you quickly. If nothing else but to tell you how long a wait or if they could help me at all.

Absolutely terrible! These guys put in a compressor for my mom's car that's seized up and non functioning. It's under warranty but they said it has power so they won't replace it! You can plug any part into a power source but if it's seized up or non functional it needs to be honored under the warranty to be replaced! Don't trust this location with your vehicles! Lazy, ignorant and scams!

⚠️WARNING: Worker carelessly enters wrong milage in system! This devalues the car when you sell it as car-buyer systems are 100% automated (Even if they enter "notes" to band-aid it) They then tell YOU to call CARFAX yourself?! They won't call Carfax to correct the mistake! How many victims unknowingly sold cars for losses based on these errors? No apology, no credits = bad business.

I had a very poor experience at this location. When I got my car back, the glove box had been disassembled and reinstalled incorrectly. It appeared to be shoved back into place with no effort to ensure it was properly installed. The air box was also removed carelessly, and one of the plastic inlet tubes that directs air to the engine was broken in the process. This damage was not mentioned to me at all—they simply put it back as if nothing had happened. Additionally, one of my tire valve stem caps was missing. These were custom caps, and now I have to order a replacement set. Overall, the workmanship showed a clear lack of care and attention to detail. I would strongly advise against getting service from this shop.

Horrible place, just got my car out of the mechanic shop due to multiple dash lights coming on. I had no oil filter and no oil. I have been a loyal customer here for the past year, no one else has touched my vehicle for oil changes during this time. They just cost me $650 and lucky it didn't seize my engine. Thanks for having a single mom spend extra money I don't have. I will never go here again and I will definitely spread the word about your trashy ways.

terrible service. rude management. the lady at the front always has an attitude for no reason. I always come in nice and she’s rude every time. They tell you 10-15 minutes then they mess around for 20 minutes and your car might be ready in 25-30 minutes. Just go somewhere else tbh. Sometimes i pull up and nobody is even there and then after 5 minutes of waiting they all come scurrying around to the front to talk to me. My glove box compartment has been damaged twice already from there careless behavior and i won’t be going back here again.
