An arrogant non professional team. I purchase a car from there 2 years ago was a very bad experience I just went through it because I already Have the hard inquiry in my credit but they are a disrespectful team no seals experience at lest the 3 or 4 people I interact with. I went back yesterday because when I perches the car 2 years ago the battery died on my wife with my little ones in Elgin and I leave in Naperville I called them the tawed my car and installed a new battery on the $27000 Honda I perches from them . And yesterday after 2 years the battery died again I called them they make me go there and the manager Tony a real ahhhhhh Treat me like shhhhh Totally unprofessional and he claims that if the car I perches from them is not Lexus and I didn't pay for the battery they can't help me he even didn't look me in the face when he say so. total disrespectful if this is the manager knowing that I told him in the beginning of the conversation it's a$200 battery it doesn't worth it I was just there for the principle. Because it says clear on the battery 48 months warranty but that's was his excuse. Lexus of Naperville goying through all of this for a battery. What a cheap unprofessional place it's not for anything personal don't go there. Not good people I worked in a car dealership before and I can sure you this is not honest people. Very very bad stor I don't know how they stayed in business.

The service center at Lexus of Naperville has been excellent during the past couple years since purchasing our vehicle. I can make an appointment and have routine maintenance done while I wait. We once had to leave our vehicle, and they arranged for a courtesy loaner in another Lexus. The service advisors thoroughly explain what needs to be done. The waiting area feels like a luxury hotel lounge with work stations, complimentary coffee, and freshly-baked cookies! My recent service advisor, Ethan Schulz, was excellent. He thoroughly explained the service to be done, presenting me with options for necessary and recommended service, and suggesting courses of action. I like that I am not discouraged from buying parts at the parts center. I am comfortable with some routine maintenance and able to take care of some things, so I like that the I was able to purchase parts that are specific to my vehicle and that the markup was not outrageous and was worth the convenience of buying the parts while I was at the dealership. I also saw another customer come in to purchase parts, and he told me he liked the parts department a lot. Based on my experience, I would recommend the dealership for service.

I want to thank Don the driver for going above and beyond with my car today. When he came to drop off my car he came in to my office and handed me the keys. He let me know that as he was leaving, he turned the wind shield wipers to notice that the blade was scraping across the glass. This is one of the items i had requested to be addressed. Don called the service manager and the manager said to bring it back. The manager adjusted the wiper. That was the trick. This is superior customer service. Thank you very much.

After having a bad experience with McGrath, I found driving the extra 20 min was so worth it. Ethan is THE BEST!! His customer service and care is always top notch. This summer he knew I was in a hurry. I had to return a loaner and pick up my Lexus NX. He had it washed, running, AC on. It made my day. Leaving an honest review. Yesterday we spent over 3 hours at this Lexus dealership. We went through the entire process, received bank approval, and were ready to sign the paperwork. And after all of that, the manager (Apurva) simply refused to sell us the car without giving any explanation. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. A complete lack of respect for the customer. I definitely do not recommend this dealership.

I have always had an amazing experience here! Everyone is professional, helpful, kind, and takes the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I was updated during the process of my car being fixed and was kept informed. Which I appreciated!! Their communication was excellent and it was reassuring. I trust bringing my car in to get serviced here. Every time I've ever brought my car in I've never had a problem or a bad experience. Also, whoever works at the complimentary cafe is amazing! They have fresh baked cookies and can make all sorts of different lattes etc. Every time I come in I can't help but stop by and chat and get some treats. I highly recommend Lexus of Naperville!

I have been a loyal Lexus customer especially with this location for over 10 years and it pains me to even write this. I will never get my vehicle serviced here and would encourage you to please review everything before they start work on your vehicle. I scheduled a standard 60,000-mile service and explicitly declined spark plug replacement due to cost. During the service, I approved additional inspections via text but was never provided pricing or an updated estimate. At pickup, I was presented with a bill of approximately $1,500, more than double the original quote of around $680. After escalation, the Service Manager adjusted the charges back to the original amount. However, the experience highlighted a serious lack of pricing transparency and clear work-order authorization. While the final charge was corrected, customers should be aware that additional services may be performed without pricing being disclosed unless you specifically request an updated estimate in writing. This process is especially concerning. Please review your bill and ask the question of what are you actually paying for. Their invoices are extremely complicated to read with the exception of the last page of parts, labor, taxes. Lexus is known for trust and customer experience. I hope this dealership improves transparency and communication to better align with that standard.
