Friendly staff, great service and would certainly recommend this business. McLees worked on our motor home and did a great job. We look forward to using them in the future with our other autos. Thanks for getting our RV back to us on time.

I just have to say that these people that work here are amazing! They will treat you like family and I felt very comfortable working with them ( I am a female so most places would try and take advantage of that fact, but they did not!!!) They are down to earth and do NOT try to over charge, and they even fix the problem :) .. Their communication is better than any place I have been too. (I own a jeep, so I have been to a lot) I would recommend them for anyone needing an honest answer!

Brian, Doug and all of the employees at McLees are always honest, fast, friendly, and helpful. McLees is run the way that an automotive repair shop should be, with their customers needs being their top priority. This company has definitely earned my continued business and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great place to get work done on their vehicles.

Be careful, this place is for the people they don't know how much you should be charged, they have such a thing as RV Labor, they actually charged me twice as much as they should have for installing 2 backshots for shocks for no reason, I would rather replace 2 backshots on an RV than a car any day, I learned my lesson not doing this myself and getting lazy Malaysia, they would not commit to how much it would be , or even how long it would take, I'd, I brought my rig in at 9 o'clock thinking they were gonna get to it. I didn't read the reviews until it was too late And that's my fault this place is for dummies that don't know

Do NOT use these people . They told me I had a huge expensive repair I needed that I did not need . I have since had my vehicle inspected and found that what they claimed is wrong was not . The owner was nice at first , but seemed off . I had a funny feeling and called around . Once another shop told me they would do it for less , I decided to get my car back . The owner became aggressive and charged me a lot of money to give me my keys , including a fee for inspection , which his website claims is free. As a woman , I already feel vulnerable in this industry, and this place re affirmed my fear of being taken advantage of by a mechanic . I wish I weren't posting this , I don't enjoy giving negative reviews to people , but hope someone else won't have to go through what I just did .

I recently had Mclees replace my engine. I was worried but they were upfront and honest all the way throughout. Although many more parts needed to be replaced - I know that it wasn't their fault - just an old Ford truck. I'm very happy with my new engine and plan to keep going back for more work that my truck needs. I believe you will be happy with these guys! !

Stopped in to get some much needed RV self leveling sealant. They had plenty in stock and not only took the time to understand my questions over the phone, but was able to convey assurances that the product they had would meet my requirements. Thoroughly impressed by the polite and courteous staff. I hope I don't need to, but, if my car has issues in the future I'm going to bing it to them as a thank you for their service they provided me already.

This place is a complete rip-off stay far away from these people they said they were going to tear down my engine and put back together as needed and my motor ended app getting a hole in it my wife coming out and they told me there was nothing they could do after I was told by another worker to go get a motor and they will put it in for the $11000 I already gave them .. then I was told if I brought another motor in they would put it in for the money I already gave them. Then Brian says he would do it for 50 cent s on the dollar ... and after I already bought another engine to put in my car .. of course I told him no .. then he started freaking out on me and told me if I didn't have my car and motor out of his shop that he was gonna charge me 160$ a day for storage fees.. then I showed up to grab my car and engine later that day and my motor is just flopped on the side of the road along with my vehicle. Brian has zero respect for anyone s belongings stay far away from this shop . If you do happen to bring your car into here be prepared to be ripped off off over charged and scammed for you're money id do not understand how Brian can even run a business especially when he is drinking on the job all I could smell is alcohol when he did talk to me .. DO NOT COME HERE if you do you are not very smart because this place is a joke

Oils change and complete check up but my wind shield wiper was janky and fluid wasn’t filled up but marked as ok. Bummer that’s the place Carvana sent me. I expect more from local just a few blocks from my office.

This place is dishonest and the owner is very aggressive and rude. Turns out there is a pattern of this behavior with other customers too. Look up the complaints on the AGs website under Consumer Rights Division. See for yourself how he treats customers. We were shocked. Know your rights as a customer too because the owner completely ignores them. Even called 911 and reported us as trespassing when we tried to pick up our boat. All because we asked him why our bill was $2k over the estimate and that we didn’t recognize some of the repairs they did and didn’t authorize them to do. He continued to demand we pay him- and in cash only- or get out. Then he threatened to sell our boat and keep the money to pay the bill, and even send us to collections if there was any difference left over. This place has bad business practices and a pattern of misconduct. Please be careful if you go here. Don’t trust the estimate they give and expect to be automatically charged 10% above it, regardless of any changes. We were.

First time there, they are repairing a couple things on our rv. I was very impressed the first time I met Joe, the owner. Looks like I might have a new mechanic

Anyone else think it's reasonable to pay over $400 for an oil change? I called about having a basic oil change, oil filter and 5 point inspection and asked for a quote. I gave them the details of my car and they gave me an estimate of the cost ($105) and the time (30 minutes) it would take. He even talked about how he was quoting a little high just in case. The price was comparable as going to the Toyota dealer so I decided to support local and give it a shot. I dropped off my car and came back 30 minutes later and it wasn't completed yet. Another 30 minutes goes by and it's finally done. Get the bill and it was $410. Four times the amount quoted. No addition work done to justify the cost besides the added labor time. The same guy I talked with over the phone said he only quoted me for materials and not labor which was not true. He even claimed it was more because of the 5 point inspection and I reminded him that we talked about that over the phone as well. He then tried to say the materials were more than he thought. Well, we went over the details of the car and the type of oil during the quote so there shouldn't have been any surprises there. He lowered the bill by cutting labor cost to the 30 minutes. Then I reviewed the invoice and discovered they charged me for 5 units of 5 quarts of oil instead of 1 unit of a 5 quart oil. So when I pointed this out, he adjusted that and the bill came down closer to the original quote. This felt like more than just a clerical error and this business needs to do better. I had to work hard to make it right and will not be returning for service in the future.

STAY AWAY!!! Most dishonest. Most shady business I have ever dealt with. I have never seen a more poor quality “mechanic” or “restoration” than the work that comes out of this shady shop. Pure robbery. And to top it off, they refused to give an invoice for the “work” that was performed on the vehicle. This isn’t an upset customer review. This is an honest review so that hopefully nobody else will get absolutely taken advantage of by this shady place.

Randy and Morgan are a couple of car enthusiasts who take a sincere interest in your classic car. They have gone above and beyond to solve some problems with my 1963 Nova. They are fair in their pricing and have great communication. If you have a classic car and are looking for a place that understands what a hot rod is, these are your guys.

My 67 year old mom took her car there because of a check engine light. They charged her 450.00 for a diagnosis and another 372.00 for a mass air flow sensor. I feel she was taken advantage off the mass air flow sensor at cut rate auto or o'rileys is 80.00. When I was made aware of the situation. I youtubed the vehicle and mass air flow it's a simple job. I confronted the shop and they were not at all respectful. They were perfectly fine charging someone over 900.00 for it.

Customer BEWARE! Shady business practices. Know your rights. WA law states that repair shops "may not charge you more than 10% above the estimated costs without your prior approval." McLees has demonstrated a pattern of doing just that. If you do take your car here be sure to get all estimates and changes to estimates in writing before approving any work.

This place is the absolute worst. Went in for a fiberglass repair job on my vintage trailer and was quoted $4,500.00. They had my trailer for almost a year and added things to it that I NEVER asked for. When I went to finally go pick it up, my bill was TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. Such a scammed. I would avoid this place at all cost.

ZERO STARS!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely took advantage of me. Brought truck in for a $400 job, and asked them to fix my window. I came back to a $3,500 bill and a still broken window. They did a ton of work I didn’t want done and when I tried to talk to them about it they were rude and DISHONEST Unfortunately I didn’t have anything in writing. I heard a similar thing happened to a friends grandma. She was quoted $2,000 and picked up a $7,000 bill!!!! SO BAD!

This isn't an express lube shop. Brian and his team have decades of experience and know cars. If you are looking for someone that can get it done right, bring your car here.
