I blew a tire right outside of this business. I pulled in to get off the road and was trying to decide what to do when an employee came up and asked if I was ok. I explained what had happened and he offered to help me put on my spare tire! It took him maybe 5 minutes to swap it out. I offered to pay him for his help, but all he asked for was a good review! With great, friendly service like that, I'll definitely look into bringing my car here next time it needs some work. Thanks again!!

I had a fairly large repair (2-day job) and had been waiting over a month for my previous mechanic to fix it. Eddie’s estimate came in on the lower end compared to a handful of other estimates. At another Auto Center not worth mentioning (cough)or leaving them a review. The cashier Helped sign an old man on keyosk for 10 am, informed me I needed to schedule online called me a girl and preceeded to open the door as if I need to find something outside. (no desire to assist through keyosk?). I responded with a heightened yes as a matter of fact I had done my research in advanced and had another servicer lined up. To be talked to as if there was nothing else in the store to purchase and there was no need to assist me or respect me was the final cause of why I drew the line and decided the Mexican Auto Shop is worth the investment and even if the auto shop not worth mentioning are cheaper i won't be going back. Its nothing like showing up 7am on the dot of the opening to a company and they litterally have nothing going on and refuse to service you and claim you must schedule in advance with no one in the lot to or seemingly scheduled at that time and to watch them reroute the elderly unnecessarily. It finally boiled down to  respect how I am treated, and if the elderly aren't happy thats my sign to clear as fast as the wind. At the Mexican Auto Center the quality of work was great the mechanic cared about the other issues that concerned my vehicle and frankly tried to save me some money lol 😆.  I'll never forget making the mistake of driving into the auto repair section in the back past the gate on the side. The team effort to get me some help even tho they were busy and wasn't aware of the man I had spoken to over the phone, nonetheless they all every employee attempted to assist. The mechanics in the lower section for Auto Repair tho surprised attempted to finish other vehicles allready there so they could help me. There was absolutely no one trying to just get rid of me going on. Before I could leave the property it was suggested that I go to the top section outside the repair center / to the Auto Care side where I met the man I had spoken to on the phone. He was enthusiastic and curious about how his company was found and serviced my car quickly. So if I had pulled in at the top it would have been an immediate service for an oil change a mistake on my end worth making as I seen all I needed to see for my future dealings. I enjoyed the effort from everyone that wanted to see my car fixed. I enjoyed resolving the problems that happened together after waiting an 1hr 30 min which i would of done at the store not worth mentioning and I enjoyed how I was treated. I will be back.  The only advice I would have is to be a little more open about the price because its necessary to know so people can plan but the price was fair and honest without the information. Oil and filter change 😃

Best auto mechanic I know! I've been having Eddie take care of my car for over 10 years, and my kids now take their cars to him. Competitive prices, up-to-date equipment and an amazing amount of knowledge, experience and skill. I trust Mexico Auto Repair implicitly! I have never had a problem with the service I've received or the work that has been done. He has even sent me on my way when I didn't need any work done instead of making something up to get my money, which is rare. I've been ripped off plenty of times by various mechanics, and that's another reason this is my only mechanic - I trust them because they have earned my trust and respect. My check engine light came on. I went into panic mode. I happen to be driving by Mexico Automotive Repair. A gentleman by the name of Eddie which was embroidered on his shirt came out he saw the look of distress on my face and calmly asked if he could take a look under my cars hood. He assessed the problem quickly and determined I was out of cooling fluid. he graciously filled my coolant fluid and sent me on my way. His active kindness had me thinking that there was still good people in the world thank you Eddie. I appreciate what you did for me yesterday.

Took my daughter’s car because her dad thought he could change the spark plugs but he could not complete. Eddie allowed us to bring the spark plugs we had bought and he completed the work. Eddie was great in taking pictures and showing us the work he performed and even put in new lights that were out above the license plate without charging extra. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for any repairs that our cars need.

I've been to plenty of auto repair shops and this one has been the only one to PROPERLY fix the problem and get my car back un shape for safe travel. I brought a diagnostic from another shop who charged insane prices and only spotted part of the problem. These guys were able to spot the entirety of the problem and it didn't cost my entire rent 😅 I'll be back whenever I need quality work done.
