I sat outside in my freezing cold temperatures waiting for them to look at my truck. They never came out. Hour half later. They have no seating erea. They make you wait in your vehicles.shame on them. Took it to cut loose They got me right in. $878 repair.you guys lost out!

Instead of merely diagnosing the immediate issue, they comprehensively search for the root of the problem. This upstream thinking saved me an incorrect diagnosis and a lot of money. Greg, Ray, & his very competent team of professional mechanics are an asset to an economically cash strapped community that deserve fair treatment. I TRUST Mid City Auto. You may have to leave your vehicle for a few days (depending on your vehicle needs) but I assure you--it will be worth it!

I couldn't figure out why my 2003 Surburban kept cutting off when I was hitting bumps in the road.. I took it to Greg and Crew at Midtown Auto and they found out some type of animal made a nest in my battery casing!!! Git it fixed and my truck is running like brand new!! That's Great job too you and the crew 👏 👍

Top notch Auto Shop. Always will be more than fair with price and Greg may even work with you. The service is 2nd to none. Been a stable on the North side for years and even though i don't live there anymore I will take my car to Greg before I do anyone in Bayview or the east side for that matter. I don't praise easily, but this place deserves it.

I had read all of the reviews before I called them and everything that I read was on point! They told me when to bring it in (a Tuesday after 5 pm), when they would diagnose my car (Wednesday morning) and then they finished repairing my car before the end of the day. I had an ongoing mass Air Flow sensor problem and exhaust. My car works great now! And the price was so much better than others!! I will be back!

Every employee that I've come in contact has been very nice, professional they have great customer skills. They are prompt with getting your repairs completed. Best of all if they feel that they can't do certain repairs on your car they will let you know upfront versus taking your money for example I have a foreign car so there are certain things they tell me they just can't do I highly appreciate that. They do give great referrals. I absolutely love this shop.

My husband found this auto repair shop for my car. It needed a water pump and the timing chain had to be replaced along with it. I was glad I took it to them because they didn’t rush the job. Bad service! I Came to get my alternator changed and left out with a battery light on. Hood will not stay closed and you can hear something shaking under the hood. The front frame was not tightened back down to the car. I’m considering suing the business in Milwaukee county court for incomplete work and on going service needed. I’m looking into seeing if the business has proper registration because according to my business system resources there’s no legal registration for this place. I run a Business Management Services Company and I searched for this business legal documents and I couldn’t find anything. So I don’t know if it’s properly registered unless it’s under another name. I will never be coming back to this place. I tried to get them to fix the issue because it happened in their care. They said nothing they can do. The hood was messed up when they got it and hung the phone up. When I pay attention to my car and don’t let no anyone touch it. My car doesn’t go anywhere besides the dealership. This was the first side shop I went to by referral and trying to save money on this situation that suddenly happened with the alternator. Their payment processing I don’t think could be trusted. He said $630 cash or $680 using a card. 3.5% of $630 is only $22.05 (card processing fees) which would come out to be $652.05 to pay card processing fees and make profit. Again I run a business and know how this goes. This is exactly why I only go to the dealership for things so that I won’t encounter nothing like this. The dealer would have repaired with their warranty you get leaving after previous repairs. I had to go buy parts to fasten my front frame. They told me a day and it really took 3-5 days. They charged me full price even with all the other issues leaving there. I will be taking it to Toyota for a full inspection. Never again will I go to any side shops, especially this one! Just left a bad taste in my mouth for side shops. This place may need to be investigated.

The Bible says give Honor were Honor is due, GREG is hands down the best machine I have encountered. I absolutely love RAY, WILL, and all has staff. I know Milwaukee has a reputation of auto body shops over charging and beating hard working people out of money but, not GREG and has staff. Greg is honest, Fair, him and his staff did a wonderful job on my Pacifica, so if you need any work done mid city is your place, get there before 9:10am or else 😂😂😂😂.
