Well... my car broke down a while ago and it was horrible. The clutch went out, among other things, and I was terrified about the repair costs. Luckily, a friend told me to call Noles. They immediately sent a tow truck all the way to the beach to help me out. The owner and the guy who usually answers the phone are both wonderful men. This is not the kind of place that takes advantage of you because you know nothing about cars. They figured out what was wrong as soon as they could and called me. I was given 3 options on what to do with prices itemized for each choice... alomg wit their recommendation of which to choose. Every "car guy" friend that I called 100% agreed with Noles's recommendation and was impressed with the prices quoted. These guys are good, honest people and their work is unparalleled. 5 stars for friendliness, honesty, the actual work done, and pricing. I would give a bonus star if I could for not making me feel like an idiot. Haha

Absolutely worse auto repair shop in all of PC...I can't be more Truthful about the frustration , repair work , and most of all the "extreme costs" we have dealt with on several occasions only to realize issues first mentioned hardly get resolved..Giving the benefit of doubt and assuming the Mechanics understood my needs again proving a Failure...🤬 Lack of proper ASE Certification/ Training is clear👍....Still again I am faced with High cost repairs totalling in the 4K range for Over priced parts and am forced to find another Auto Service Shop to repair issues caused by Mechanic "Curtis" aka Owner, due to lack of Training and knowledge.....Let me be clear "Noles"... This review wasn't given it was definitely earned 👍🤬

This is the kind of mechanic shop you don’t find much anymore, honest, super friendly, and affordable. The last place quoted me about $1200 for new a/c compressor....SO glad I came here for a second opinion, turns out I was just a pound low on Freon (I have an old car) and I saved over $1K going through Noles. My car is no longer a hot sauna and I didn't have to take a loan out to pay for it. THANK YOU !!!!!

The man that answered the phone seem to be very sympathetic with me I was crying of course but he told me to bring my car up there and he would look at it as long as he didn't have to do a whole lot that he would not charge me and he didn't he is a man of his word and for just your basic auto mechanic work I would highly recommend him. He seems like he's a great guy. And if you read this thank you from the bottom of my heart. The car is still broke down even after we took it to Affordable transmission and they charged me $1,200

This place is no good to get your vehicle fixed, they are a rip up.They do not care about you. Brought a truck in costs, lots of money broke down half a mile, and they wouldn't, they don't even care and wouldn't even fix the problem.

Been going to see Mr. Jimmy and Crew for about 5 years. They've literally saved me thousands. Just today my car was pulling right went for an alignment and was supposed to have been aligned. Left and still pulling right. Went back rechecked alignment all was good. Left still pulling right went back, I need tie rods both sides and an upper control arm on drivers side. Wanted $1380 Sounds fishy! Jimmy's guys checked out what they said found no issues. Rotated my front tires, now pulls left. Actually the problem come to find out is called radial pull. It happens when the manufacturer of the tire fails to properly align the steel belts underneath the tread of the tire. More belting to one side causes the tire to inflate in somewhat of a cone-shape. And that my friends saves me at least $900 Another time few years back I was living in another county and guy says it's your transmission. Wrong Mr. Jimmy got the guys change out my CV Joints problem solved. Mr. Jimmy yes that's thousands he's saved me and I've more stories. God Bless you Mr. Jimmy and the Gang.
