This place is not to be trusted. Went in today with my car told Reggie that I needed a part put in and he said he would do it. He and his mechanics go to put on the part and it was the wrong part. After I was about to leave Reggie charges me 150$ just for lifting up the hood and telling me it’s the wrong part did not agree before on if it was the wrong part he would charge me 150$ so STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE VERY MONEY HUNGRY!! Anyway he can get a quick buck he will.

I love Reggie’s!!!! I have had my 10 year old Mazda 6 repaired twice by Reggie. Yesterday a heat shield fell off the bottom of my car and I took it to Reggie today and he had it repaired in an hour for a very reasonable price. Last time, my brakes were making a noise and they replaced a damaged brake (insisted on showing the wear to me and I verified by looking at pics on the internet). Once again, they were able take care of it quickly and reasonably priced.

Very impressed. Work was done faster than expected, to the penny of the quote and most importantly the work was done well. The original parts were definitely worn out and left for inspection. It’s pretty nice to pick up a vehicle after repairs and truly notice the improvements. Definitely recommend Reggie. Thanks!

I went in for an inspection, since i had legal tent they had to take it off and when i got my car returned they ended up scratching my windshield and leaving half the tint still on. i ended up going back to see if they could atleast fix the damage they have left and the conversation was very demeaning and the owner blankly said they didn’t do anything when you could clearly see it. very overpriced for a bad job.

I will continue to come to Reggie's Auto Service FIRST when I have any issues with my Toyota (and prior, our Subaru). He greets you on the spot and gives you GENUINE REAL diagnostics on the spot (or within a few hours). Even when he can't fix a more involved (=collision issue, more of a dealership issue) he will take a look right away and usually complimentarily, referring you to the best place to go for the specific issue at hand. And when he can fix the issue, there is FULL transparency and he goes to great lengths to obtain the part needed or offer several options of what he can do there. Always try Reggie's first!

My car was idling really rough and shaking and eventually my check engine light came on. So I took it to Reggie. Turns out I had a C3 Misfire and Reggie changed the coil after he swapped it with C4 coil. The check engine light still came on and the car was idling rough. Which means the coil was never the issue. He charged me $168 for the coil (OEM C3 Coil for Escalade is $75) $98 for labor and $147 for a diagnostic. a total of $422 to not solve the problem.

**warning*** I was traveling with my kids today and my car’s heater quit working and then the car said it was overheating. I searched a place and this one came up. It was my radiator. Google said it was a 1-3 hour job with 1 mechanic. I was quoted 1470 for 8 hours worth of work. I expressed that that seemed excessive but what am I to do. 3 hours later I was charged 1470 for the job. I am traveling. I won’t have a warranty and they are dishonest. I would not recommend.

My family owns two older Mercedes Benz 1980 240 desiel cars and I have had this shop repair them and I have nothing but great experiences from this shop. The owner, Mr Reggie, is super super smart and very fair. As far as pricing, I can truthfully say he is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. I can truthfully say he is in the middle. As far as the equality of the work, I know the job done is the highest quality because of all his years of being a mechanic. For these reasons I trust this shop and Mr.Reggie, the owner. Lastly, I want to say that the owner , Mr Reggie, is a good person.

Reggie’s Auto Service WARNING! I came in with a leak that would cause smoke to come out the hood. I'm a mom and was traveling from about an hour away with my daughter so I had to get it fixed before getting back on the road. Reggie is a dishonest, money hungry mechanic. He overcharged me for the job and parts. $70 for a gasket that typically cost $13. And claimed to work 4 hours on a job that typically takes 2 hours. He charged me $550 for a job that typically costs $350 (I now know that bcuz I'm having honest mechanics work on the same leak now). I knew I was at his mercy since I was out of town so I paid him. But the next day smoke was coming from the hood and the car was leaking from the same spot! I couldn't take the car back bcuz it was an oil leak. I demanded my money back but he claimed it was a new leak. One day after you fix the car? My male friend explained Reggie did a lousy patchwork job to get me back to my town. Such a snake! Do not go here! Especially if you're a woman....

Reggie SAVED our family field trip! My sister and I were road tripping across Virginia from out of state with our five kids. Right outside of Charlottesville, a spark plug blew on my van and we were sitting ducks trying to figure out how to get it fixed. We called Reggie and he was quick with a quote AND got us in not just the same day for service, but maybe 30 minutes after we called. As soon as we arrived at the shop he got to work on diagnosing the problem, got to the root of the issue and got it repaired. We were in and out with a diagnostic done and new spark plugs in under 2 hours, and onto our destination. Reggie went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and that the van was good to go for the rest of our trip. Great guy, great shop, great experience.
