I’ve never had anything but a positive experience with the service department at Bill Hood Chevy. All of their service advisors are friendly and professional. Often I’m assigned to Julie and I think she is great. I’ve never had the feeling that they are trying to sell me a service that I don’t need. Pretty rare...but at Bill Hood I can offer a higher rating for service than I can for sales.

The vehicle I had serviced was a 2020 Silverado I’d purchased at this dealership. The Service Dept was great. While I was there Mark was very helpful. He kept me updated on work in progress and apprised me on the most economic and efficient way to have the work done. Good experience w getting this done. One lady, a middle aged brunette, was a little short w me; after I was leaving, saying I was blocking traffic. Overall good experience. Will continue to use this business.

Took my wife's car in for check engine light issue, possible battery issue, noise from the clutch on air conditioner, & oil change & tire rotation. The check engine light was a loose vacuum hose; the battery was ok although I think the posts may have been cleaned. The air conditioner clutch was ruled normal and of course the oil change and tire rotation all completed within a short time & saved me money on what I thought I would have spent. I really like Bill Hood Service Department for their reliability & trustworthiness.
