Poor service ,damaged after market stereo ,my leather seat and damaged my center console twice then repaired it some what and wouldn't repair the side panels 3 hour service which turned into. $ 300 dollars extra out of pocket and 3 months of time

Even though I didn't go in for service I did go to Gilchrist Chevrolet to order a manual yellow Spark Chevrolet. The gentleman that helped me was named Mr Wright and he helped by expedite the downloading of the price and build app,( options I chose) SO EASY!!

I would recommend never stepping foot in this place, especially if you value your safety and your $$$. Thousands of dollars later and too much aggravation and wasted time I am DONE dealing with Grey Chevrolet..As a customer paying top dollar for qualified technicians , I expect the same degree of quality and excellence in return!

They have some communication problems, that would mostly be solved by having the same agent follow the same client case the whole way, or put notes in our file for others to see. Everyone we talk to has a different answer, or can't find our prior inquiry. But they are flexible with ways to drop off or pick up after hours, which is critical for us. Most everyone is nice, even in the face of confusion and complaints.

I never write bad reviews but had to at this point. The worst customer service we have ever dealt with not only to the point where the issues weren’t fixed the 1st time (and this has happened multiple times) but when we expressed our concerns/or wanting an explanation they could care less and never even offered a solution. Needless to say we will never return to have a vehicle serviced at Grey Chevrolet again.

My car has been here a month and it hasn't been seen yet. When I dropped it off I asked if I needed to set up an appointment and was told no, they were out a month on appointments and would get it in before that. I keep stopping by to check on it and it hasn't moved from where the tow truck dropped it off. The service associates keep saying that someone should be able to get to it next week... This last time the associate who helped me went to talk to the service manager about it and came back with "Monday". I would have thought the manager would come out to addresses this with me directly, but no. They are very short staffed right now. At this point I'm considering taking the car somewhere else; however, It had a system failure that makes it inopperable and would require it to be towed again to take it to another service center.

I made a poor choice 9 months ago by going to this dealership and ordering a factory built vehicle. I was told at that point that the whole process would take 7-9 months. The contact from the dealership was pretty minimal. I heard back about a month after ordering advising me the build was accepted by Chevy. I didn't hear anything for 2 months after, I messaged my sales rep and she told me she left that dealership and gave me the name of someone else to call. I called and spoke with Sue who said she could see my order and that it was still pending being built. Crickets for the next several months until I got an email from Kenny in July saying that they were still waiting allocation for my build and that they were "still on top of it". I emailed Kenny back asking for clarification, they had already said my build was accepted. I had some medical issues pop up around this time but and I never got an email back. Fast forward 2 months and I called and spoke with someone else who said they could see my order but that it wasn't being built yet. He said the order had been changed by Chevy but that it was still there in the system. I called a month later and spoke with Nolan who said he would call me back in 15-30 minutes after he researched the order. 2 hours later I called again and was told Nolan was with a customer and I left a message. I never heard back that day so the next morning I walked into the dealership and spoke with Nolan who eventually told me Chevy had canceled the order. Nolan said my options were to wait and look at the 2023 options (vehicle options are not available yet) or to cancel. I told Nolan that I was very upset with how this whole process worked and that I wanted my deposit back becaus i didnt want to do anything with this dealership. Nolan came back a few minutes later with a business card and told me I would have to come back on Monday to get a refund (this was Saturday morning) I was even more upset when I heard this and raised my voice, another employee walked up and said " you are one of tens of thousands of people" I walked out before he could finish whatever he was about to say. I don't know where he was going with what he was saying but I immediately felt he was trying to minimize the issue. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as my whole experience was negative.

I’d like to start with the reason for at least 3 stars is because Sue Hall in the service dept rocks her job! Otherwise, the fact that we were there a couple of weeks ago to have our oil changed and the tires rotated, but had to return yesterday to have the tire rotation ACTUALLY done pretty much stunk. We drive half an hour to get to the dealership and were inconvenienced to have to go back, to say the least! If the tech says they did something they should do it or be fired, bottom line.

We spent $8-10k on a warranty and went 2.5 years without needing to use it. Got a small chip on our windshield and it took me 3 days of calling the dealership - to be able to reach someone who could see if the warranty covered chip repairs & then to get an appointment scheduled. We were told it would only take 30 mins or less. Our appointment was scheduled at 10am and the repair guy didn’t start drilling onto our car until 11am.
