Mr. Singleton & his team are fantastic! My wife had some front end damage and they worked with our insurance company to get everything taken care of. Looks brand new! In fact, I was so happy that I have my old Land Cruiser FJ60 in the shop right now getting restored & resprayed...can't wait! Thanks guys!

I had several pretty deep scratches on the front bumper of my car and Joseph fixed it up for less than half of what other body shops in Charleston offer. It looks absolutely brand new. The people here are friendly and personable and get the work done quickly. Highly recommended

I needed to find a place to get some bumper repair work done on a Porsche Panamera. After reading so many other good reviews, I chose Singleton's. A sweet local family owned business and they couldn't have easier to work with (and they have adorable kids and grandkids too!). Prices were very reasonable and the work was completed ahead of the quoted time frame. Hopefully I don't have a need to visit again anytime soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you!!

Great job, nice people. If you prefer to do business with a locally, family owned company versus a big corporation you've found where to go for your body shop needs. Mr. Joseph runs an honest operation, does a great body and paint job and stands behind his work. Hendrix disrespected my time being over 30 minutes late for my estimate and was over DOUBLE the price. NO THANK YOU. I like my money in my pocket. Singletons was easy to schedule, delivered as promised and will see me again if I have a need for paint and body work. Mr. Singletons daughter even offered to take me to work. You won't find nicer people, doing a great job and you're supporting your community since their money goes back into the local economy instead of some big corporation who doesn't care about your time and rips you off. Go to Singletons, they'll treat you right.

Honest, ethical, impeccable work at a reasonable price. We live in Dunes West and my neighbor told us about the Singletons and what a fantastic job they do for their clients. Everyone is super friendly and the process was very easy and they did a wonderful job repairing my car! Got into a hit and run and had a very long and ugly scratch and dent. My car looked good as new when I got it back. They are also super fast as it only took them 2 days. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

They are amazing!!!! My car had damage on 3 sides and they fixed the entire car in a week! I am so impressed, I have never had service done this fast and done WELL. They also went beyond and washed/waxed my car, cleaned up some small spots/scrapes that were not part of the damage I went in for, and wiped down the interior. Support local business and get your work done here. The staff is really nice and the work is quality.

Absolutely the worst body shop I have ever used. Unfriendly, downright rude, and poor quality work. They refused to stand by their work. I had to take my car to a different body shop to fix what Singletons had done. My insurance CO said that this wasn't uncommon for Singletons- they are known to be untrustworthy and of poor quality. Stay away!!

This shop is the MOST unprofessional & trashy body shop EVER! The owner’s wife is very rude with her old, crusty, big glasses wearing behind! She thinks all female customers are wants her husband so she overcharges and won’t let you speak to him. They had my vehicle since March 7th and weren’t finished until April 27th! My right tire needed to be popped into the steering system. They added extra work to my vehicle that didnt need to be done so they could charge the insurance company more money. When I received my car back with a new tire they put on it, the tire busted the very next day! The tire they claimed was new was rotting from the inside! I had to purchase a new tire for $120 and was told they would refund me for that tire. I have not received it yet! And its now been 2 weeks.

I've had a few fender benders in my time so unfortunately I feel I have a pretty good understanding of the body and paint business. With that said, I have to say that Mr. Singleton is probably the best auto body guy I've ever dealt with. He's fair, he's honest and does absolutely the best body work. I needed a new bumper, and some back end work on my car. I went to 2 other shops b4 visiting his shop. Was told 7-10 days for completion and a few thousand $. Mr. Singleton looked at the damage, 3 days and very reasonable price. Great service, Great work and fair pricing. 5 stars. VERY SATISFIED😁

My family and I are in Charleston visiting and our vacation was dampened yesterday evening after we had experienced some front bumper damage to our car. We googled for an auto body shop and Mr. Joseph Singleton's repair shop popped with several raving reviews. We took the car in this morning and Mr. Singleton and his team fixed our car for us on the same day at a very reasonable price. All those raving reviews have been validated for us after today's experience. We are very grateful to him. Came here to get my bumper replaced and painted. The paint was streaky and bumpy, and even after multiple attempts they just kept painting over the mistakes. Communication was also poor and it was difficult to get clear answers about the work. A year later the paint began peeling, and I found out the bumper was attached with some sort of glue instead of the proper brackets and clips. Other body shops confirmed this is not correct. Very unprofessional work. I do not recommend this shop.
