I accidently posted a negative score & comment for Skalicky's Auto Repair. This posting was actually regarding a different auto repair shop that I had taken my vehicle to prior to Skalicky's. Skalicky's is one, if not the best auto repair facilities in Fargo. They are very fair, honest, and go out of their way to ensure they treat you with dignity and respect, every time you walk in their door. Their entire staff is professional and top notch!!!

Paid $900 for my brakes and serpentine belt to get replaced. Just took it to another mechanic and found out my serpentine belt was incorrectly installed so it caused leakage with other parts due to rubbing. My brakes also were incorrectly installed and need the line cleared of air. Ended up needing to pay more as a result of trusting this place. Never ever going back.

I scheduled an oil change and got in and out in one of the fastest times I have in a long time. After spending hours at the dealership in the past even when scheduled ahead in to get an oil change it was refreshing to get my car in and out without someone telling me everything was wrong with it and would need thousands of dollars in repair. Ater asking on stuff that had been brought up by the dealership they reported that everything looked good but that at some point I would need some new tires this year and they threw a quote on there for when I was ready to get them changed out, if I wanted to do it there. Definitely will be going back.
