They close at 7pm but I went their doors at 5:30 and the kid told me they were closed and wouldnt help me even tho I had a blown tire in the parking lot right by them.

They sold me a set of tires 2 was good and the other two were almost half way down they didn’t balance the tires and charge a arm and a leg I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone anymore they are falling off

Horrible! Was given this recommendation by AAA when I had trouble with my van tire. They were not at all up front with being able to fix my vehicle. They first said they could fix it that day then said no, the next day, then said later that day, then not until the next morning and then, oh actually we cant do it! What a mess! Go elsewhere, this place is a joke!

Went here for 4 tires and was given a tire that they plugged without telling me and it blew out on Tower Drive Bridge Right after causing substantial damage to my wives van. I went back and they replaced the tire for free, however after admitting that they did indeed do this but "didn't mean for this to happen" I could not get insurance information from them. I called the following day and they finally after showing them time stamped photo's of the accident on the bridge with the police car in the picture said they would fix the damage and to return Monday at 8:30 A.M. for the repairs. I did just this and this time they pretended to not know who I was. They then said I was never there and were not going to fix anything and I needed a police report and a receipt (which they did not provide) and they would give me the insurance info then stated "if I wanted to sue them I better get a lawyer" In a text message I was then instructed to "move my vehicle before it gets towed. I have ALL the evidence of every minute of every transaction with these people (except the recipe) including recordings, pictures, witness's, police report and an estimate from the Dodge dealership for over $3,400.00 in damage. When presented with this info they told me to take them to court and good luck! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I am in Green Bay from out of town and unfortunately experienced a flat tire. Imagine my delight when I found tire store that was still open! Until 7:00 every day. At least according to the website and the gigantic sign on the sign of their building. Now imagine my disappointment when I managed to get there by 6:40 only to have the employees that they were in fact closed, despite music playing, the door being unlocked and people being inside. This is my first impression of Green Bay and I can confidently say I won't be visiting Tafolla Tire Shop or Green Bay again.

1st time about 1yr ago they mount my tires incorrectly with the inside tire on the outer side of the rim. Thought it was just a fluke and ill give them another chance but not anymore. This is the 2nd time I had horrible service with them. Dropped off 2 brand new tires and rim at the shop (2pm Saturday) and said to return at 5pm since he told me he closes at 6pm. When I returned at 5pm, shop was already locked up and no one there. Went back on monday to pick up my wheels and dude lies to my face that he waited til after 5 and that I never showed up then admitted and he's sorry for that after I sorta chew him out. What also made me gave them a 1 star is that the very next day I wake up to 1 flat tire that was just mounted from them. Took to another shop and they said whoever installed the tires didn't install valves stem correctly and had a leak. Does not care for customer and i would not recommend to anyone I know.

I had gone here today as the recent events of a last minute unknown flat tire had left me down out and right and I had heard they are one of the only places open at this time on a Saturday, when we had gotten there the man was very helpful he was willing to the job we ask but just wanted to inform us that it still wouldn’t work on my car but he would still be willing to do so if that what we wanted and when he saw the amount of distraught hearing that news put me in he on his own will offered me a free spare tire for my vehicle now that is to him I don’t have to worry how I’m gonna get to work through the holidays without a vehicle. I wasn’t able to catch his name but I wanted to give that gentleman a special thank you for the help he provide that will go to unmeasurable heights for me and my family through this holiday season! Thank you again definitely will be returning and recommending in the future! 😊💝🎄
