Last two times I got my oil changed the drain plug was not tightened and I had a leak. First time it’s an honest mistake and second time it is a pattern. Employees stated they double verified it was right and couldn’t do anything else. Took it to a competitor’s shop and told them what happened and they made it right.

Had great service TIM took care of me I just needed air in my tire and he wanted to check my oil and filters to make sure my vehicle was running up to par and was ensured my oil was clean and full but my filters could use some attention he even checked my antifreeze and was made aware I needed it changed and could get it done for LESS THAN 200 20/10 recommend going to the take 5 on sterling handsdown best service very nice people in there and they are hilarious to watch and listen to

I had A family member getting chemo in the hospital. Weather change caused my tires to need air. At the hospital’s parking deck my air compressor failed and I lost pressure down to 20 psi. I knew if I kept using it, I’d have a flat tire. So I drove straight to Take Five and they understood, gave me a water, pumped up my tires and sent me on my way. I only go to Take Five for oil changes. But this experience made this 5-star review HAVE to happen. They are awesome!

Ashley was super unprofessional & will never go back to this location. Once it was time to pay for my oil change, Ashley told me my total and I said I had a 25% off coupon on my phone. Once she scanned the coupon she said out loud “I really wish they would stop sending these coupons out. This is my 3rd one of the day” once this was said her whole demeanor changed like she was mad I had a coupon that I got off the Take 5 website. Overall a horrible experience!

After reminding Anthony at least 3 times that my tires were low and that they needed to be inflated to 65 psi front and 80 psi rear, he typed 60 front on the invoice and NEVER filled my tires. Before I departed, he stated that the monitor would update once I drove a bit. It did not, so I had to return and wait for at least 30 minutes to get back into the service lane. When I informed Anthony that he did not fill the tires, he deflected and blamed it on “the new guy”. No apologies or anything else said. I have patronized this location for quite a while with my other vehicles and have never had this poor service before.

Their customer service was great and will be back for the change when it is due and not to the place that told me to come back at half the mileage.
