Abery & Mark.... THE DREAM TEAM! Wow... Folks, I don't normally post reviews of anything, but I absolutely need to take a moment to praise these two gentlemen and acknowledge how much care they took with me and my wife's RAV4 tonight. They went above and beyond, you guys... FAR exceeded my expectations. Not to mention-- I showed up feeling guilty for pulling up in the dark at like 6:45pm! They gave me cold bottled water, were thorough, relaxed, and professional, and literally went above and beyond for me. That's an understatement. They've earned a lifetime of my business. Avery & Mark, you guys literally lifted one of the heaviest weights in my family's life right now. I can't tell you how thankful I am. Thank you both so much!

This is the best, most relaxing place I’ve ever had an oil change. The guys here are so nice and professional. Really enjoyed it! Sat in my car and read a book for 10 minutes, no getting out of my car at all!

Aaron and Shane are on it 🤘🏽 I previously visited and was advised that my oil still looked pretty good and didn't need a change for a couple of more months. Unnecessary upsells. I told my son to take his car there for a quick oil change. They tried to upsell the most expensive oil for a 2007 Kia that is probably worth $1,500 even though it has low mileage. I was able to talk to the folks at the store about it and they did the standard oil change, which was still $90+ with fees, way too high for an oil change on a small car, should be $40 or maybe $50 for the convenience of speed. When my son got home he showed me his receipt $170. They upsold him $50 for a $10 cabin air filter that takes 30 seconds to replace. On top of that, they dropped a leaf in the fan causing an irritating noise. I showed my son how easy it was to remove the filter and we dug around in that tight opening for the air filter and was able to extract the leaf. He called a week ago, left a message, and no call back.

Dont go here, took my range rover 25 with 3.9k miles yesterday, they forgot to screw the holts from the air filter hoising , one felt in the engine bay, i noticed the guy had screwed back in only two screws but i thought maybe i was wrong and when I got home i opened the hood and noticed one was missing, tried to find it but no luck. Also, they left the green caps covering the ac lines uncovered , i had to put them back in

My window was down while waiting to be serviced and instead of the technician (Porter) speaking to me, he opens my door causing my arm to fall from the armrest. He never apologizes. Just continues to work. I expected better service. At least a polite “May I open your door?” before opening the door while my arm was resting on it.

It was quick, efficient, and mostly convenient. I pulled up to the bay, stayed in my car for about a total of 30 minutes while they changed my oil. The only complaint was the cost was a bit more than anticipated. But the employees don’t dictate that part. Otherwise it was a great experience. The staff were kind and helpful.

Let me start by saying everyone that works here is BEYOND kind and so nice, but I waited 2 hours (!!!) for an Oil Change yesterday. TWO. I wasn’t planning on writing a review, but then I got a text this morning from the Take 5 texting service telling me to “book my 10 minute oil change service” and wanted to share my experience yesterday. This is not an employee issue (as I mentioned above they are all so dang nice) but it sounds like a manager issue. Only staffing 1 employee with 2 new trainees is insane. And THEN one of them left (off shift). So then there were only 2 employees. I was pulled into the bay about 45 minutes into waiting and then they finally started my service an hour and 15 minutes after that. Again, he was so kind and apologetic, but shame on whoever does the schedule. Here’s to hoping that mistake doesn’t happen again.

I had an oil change at Take 5 back in 9/25 for an oil change service. Yesterday, I went to the shop bc the sticker on my car showed I was due for an oil change. When I arrived they pulled up my service record, and informed me that the mileage on the sticker represented the halfway point (3k miles) oft last service, and that the service I previously received was an synthetic oil of 6k miles. Told me that I didn’t need an oil change, and that they put in the mid-point mileage so that they can check the oil and top off all fluids. They checked oil level and quality, topped off fluids, checked and filled air in tires, reset the service notification on my vehicle. No charge, and I left feeling good that my vehicle is in good running order and didn’t feel taken advantage of for services or parts that I didn’t need. Guys were courteous and quick. 👍🏽

2/23/2026 I arrived for what was going to Take an obvious, longer than 5 Minutes for an Oil Change, as the vehicles and wait was increasing. And given by one of the technicians an explanation of being short staffed yet the availability to come back at another time, I opted to just be patient and wait. And extremely glad that I did. Thus giving me the opportunity to observe the two technicians work and perform at an impressive high rate of knowledge, production and manners. These guys could’ve justifiably displayed stress, frustration and bitterness. But instead remained professional, cool under pressure and proficient throughout. Though I don’t recall the other gentleman’s name, Mark serviced my vehicle and kept me totally amazed with his demeanor and attitude! Again, I was absolutely knocked out by this experience! Great work! Thanks guys!

This was our first time visiting a Take 5. My husband and I both took our cars here after hearing about them through a commercial. The staff was great. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We did have to wait a bit, but they greeted us with bottled water and kept us informed. That being said…You’re comfortable in your own car, so the wait wasn’t serious. We were both done in about 90 mins. Topped off all fluids and air pressure. The only thing they couldn’t top off was the battery coolant for my hybrid vehicle. Apparently that’s an item you need to go to a full-service place for. I guess that’s the one thing I could give as feedback - implementing additional care for EV models. I think we’ll be going here from now on for our basic services. Thank you guys!

Went in around mid-day and was about an hour and fifteen for a coolant flush and oil change (full synthetic), they also too off your fluids and check your tires! So far so good, I will adjust my review if necessary but I will be back if I ever need a quick service! Little high-price but not to bad! Thank you guys!

Mark took great care of us, showing us our filter and coolant levels and letting us know they were still in good shape. He suggested we get the coolant checked again before it gets really hot. He also showed me how to clear the "Change Oil" alert on my car, which I really appreciate. Most places don't clear it when they're done and it drives me nuts! Mark and Porter got us in and out really quickly. They were both really nice and professional. The next time we need an oil change we'll make sure to head back to see them!

This was my first time using Take 5 Oil Change, and I was very impressed. The service was more expensive than some other places, but it was absolutely worth the cost. The staff took the time to explain everything in detail, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. I never felt rushed or pressured. Their professionalism and transparency really stood out. They have earned my business, and I will definitely be returning.
