I’d leave zero stars if I could! I went for a normal oil change they told me my whole oil pan had to be removed and replaced because they could not unplug my oil plug due to it being “stripped” I took my car to another mechanic & in front of me they showed me it was not stripped and came out easily with no problems. I’ll never go back to fishers !!

Great job!! A little longer than expected but my vehicle was in rough riding condition. They got back on the road for less than 300 no last minute add-ons they were awesome I highly recommend and I will use them again. thank you fishers automotive for treating me right.

Its is 4:27 and we stopped in there for the first time needing an oil change. They wouldnt do it. Any other shop around here would have said ok we normally stop the oil changes at 4:30 but we will do this for you this time. But its all good, we will not return here. We will find somewhere else to go. Rude.

When it comes to online reviews I tend to be more of a complainer than a complimenter. But these guys are awesome. Every person I interacted with there was on it, from the staff up front to the guys in the shop. Knowledgeable, honest, and efficient, what more could you ask for? I can see why my friends here in the area recommended them. Definitely 5 stars in my book!

I would give this place a 0 if I could. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to Fisher’s. I took it up there for cylinder misfires. Charged me to fix it, then broke down THE SAME day I got it out (20 miles from the shop). They refused to reimburse for the tow from the damage they created. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will never take my car to Fishers again!

Went to the shop on Creighton Rd, leaking coolant. They checked it out, called with a quote. Then when I got there, Ms Kim answered additional questions with quotes about belt and hose replacement. Nice, friendly while being professional, will definitely take my van here.

DO NOT GO THERE! zero customer service zero urgency and then they absolutely rob you with labor while taking there sweet time. Do your self a favor don’t do what I did and trust them. I will absolutely never return to this place and I hope eventually they go out of business for do this to people!

Exceptional service and timely turn around. The dealership was going to make me leave my Silverado for over a week to get the AC repaired. Fishers had me in and out in an afternoon, AC running stronger than ever with the new condenser. They repaired my tire as well after getting a screw stuck in there and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes.

Would not recommend this shop. Brought my Hummer in for a radiator and other items for replacement and asked to speak to the mechanic after the repair was complete. I paid $1200 and was told the mechanic are not available to speak with. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - would not recommend this shop. Would recommend East Hill Automotive.

I called this location first to check and see if they were able to repair a tire with a nail in it. I was told that they could and they had about a 15 minute wait. Arrived shortly after only to be told they don't do that and the best they could do is air up the tire.

We over heated on the highway today. We pulled off the highway and found Fishers Tire & Service a couple miles away. They were able to work us into their schedule and get us back on the road. They were professional, efficient and the price surprised us for how low it was. If I lived in town, this would be my go to place.

I brought my car in for a bunch of repairs. Spent $1300. My tires were fine before I brought it to them. 2 hours after paying and leaving, one tire had lost all pressure. Brought it back to them and they said there was irreparable damage to the tire side wall and I need a new tire. Again, my tires were fine before I brought it to them. They refused to take responsibility. Weasels.

They deserve zero stars. Do not take your car here. Especially if you are a woman. They replaced a wheel bearing for me and broke a wheel sensor in the process. It disabled the ABS. Tried to tell me it was already broken and tried to charge me. Then fixed it as a “courtesy”. Drive out of the parking lot and heard something break again in the rear wheel. Wouldn’t clearly explain what happened. Supposedly fixed it but still making noise and I have to pay and take it somewhere else because I have no trust that they fixed it. Gaslit me telling me they didn’t cause damage. Horrible people and experience.

I was lied to in a truly unbelievable way here, in what appeared to be absolute incompetence or a really incompetent attempt at fraud. I brought in a car with a fuel delivery problem and was told the next morning that the problem was a dead battery, and that I would need a new one -- and that the mechanic would then next "get in there and look around" to find any other problems. This made no sense as the battery was simply not dead. It had a full charge, was nearly brand new, was a high quality Interstate battery, and was not part of the problem I was having with the car in any way. I went back there immediately, started the car on the first turn of the key (without charging or changing the battery) and took it to a mechanic who would not lie to me.

What I like about this place is their prices are competitive with other places that will fix your car. I didn't give them give stars just because they don't automatically earn that I should give it to them. I base on the fairness of the service and the quality of work. If I don't have any complaint within 6 months to a year then I will highly recommend their workmanship and integrity of their mechanic not the front desk. But I am satisfied of the work I've gotten from them.

This is a review of the recent addition of a seasonal themed air dancer/tube man/ whatever you want to call it to the outside of the establishment. My daughter is obsessed with saying "hi" to it every day on our way to daycare. It's fun to see what character it will be the seasons change. Please don't ever get rid of it!

They’re great. I picked up a simple nail in my tire…stopped in at 9:45am(this) Monday morning, and they had it repaired and back out at 10:05am with a charge of $10.75. Outstanding!

We have tried these people 3 times, because their customer service SEEMS great. But every time, we have had to turn around and bring the vehicle back for further service on what was supposedly fixed. This last time WILL be the last time we try them. We were charged $315 to replace a windshield wiper mount, and then the other wiper immediately stopped working. They had someone new at the desk when we stopped in for further assistance, and he was certainly not of their normal customer service capacity. We turned around and took the vehicle to a different mechanic we know the following Monday. He not only fixed the issue entirely for less than $100, but he asked us many questions about what they had actually done and basically said they overcharged us by three times.
