When stopped at a rest area in Northern California, I found a nail or screw in the inside front trailer tire on my semi. I called Goodyear in Redding and the very kind lady told me to come on in that they weren't currently busy. I was about 45 minutes from them. Upon arrival, Josh greeted me and had me pull up to one of the bay doors. Within minutes he had both tires pulled on a found it was a tiny screw that looked bigger than it ended up being. Thank goodness! Josh put both of my tires back on, and told me to go speak to the bossman about payment. I told the Boss what the situation was and he told me to have a nice day! WOW! It's not always in California that people are that kind! Thank you Goodyear Redding on Caterpillar Dr for being a one in a million! I recommend them to anyone passing through Redding with tire issues! They are easily accessible off of I-5 and easy in and out. And thank you Josh for being so efficient and sweet! Kuddos Goodyear! Great folks!
